Hi again,

I am also wondering is there a particular reason why you have to soak the

feet? Do you get the same results if you put your hands in them? Or use a

bath tub? Anyone have experience with that? I'm just wondering if there is

something special about the feet or just that it's the easiest thing to

soak?

Thanks,

Jan in WA state.

Jan,

I've spent yesterday reading up on them. Feet is easier, but one site said

body soaks are sometimes preferred if you are trying to detox areas far from

your feet. Like the liver & kidneys. I'd say to do several foot detox first and

get out the worst of the gross stuff, then put in your tub and do a body soak.

Looks like these things might also take out fat? Weight loss and inches around

the waist are reported... Hmmmmm.....

From my experience the claim below is bogus. Unless after time you cleaned

your system enough that your digestion is much improved thus speeding up your

metabolism.

Depends on the charge of the clay in the foot bath and what charge

the fatty based substance has.

Margarines are composed of lots of trans fats and contain metals

like nickel.

A + charge clay like pascalite which doesn't swell in water and has

high aluminum and heavy metal content might be able to draw - charge

fats.

Leo,

I guess I am not doing something right Leo because you are certainly

more innocent than me asking that question. LOL

I am confused. How do you count the detractors?
