Hello gents. I am a 27 year old male who stared on the androderm

patch about 7 months ago. a few months earlier I noticed a sharp

decrease in sex drive and inability to gain a full erection. Upon

checking with my doctor, and checking my T level, it was determined

that my testosterone was in the 300 range. After a month of applying

the patch, I was up in the 850 range and back to a stable sex drive.

After about 6 months of use, i discovered a decreased sex drive. I

simply have very little interest and find it difficult to get a full

erection. I am curious what it might be, and what i can do to get my

sex drive back. I have an appointment with a urologist in about 3

weeks and hopefully we can determine something medical is the cause.

Now I have never been what i consider " normal " sexually. It has

always taken more for me to get excited then what I would think the

normal male needs. I have historically gone through phases of needing

viagra and honostly feel " normal " while on the drug. I hate the side

effects (and cost) but what is a guy to do? All and all I wouldnt

think this is normal for a healthy fit 27 year old male.

Have any of you experienced the same thing? Has anyone thought it may

be more mental than physical? Have you taken antidepresents to help?

Lately i have been " thinking " too much about my issues which seems to

sabotage the erection even worse. I'm wondering if a low dose of

something would keep my mind focused.

Again? Am I the only one experiencing these things?
