I'm on 10 gms AndroGel/day....I apply 5 gms in AM and 5 gms in PM.

For me my shaved inner thighs work well.

Been on androgel for a week

Well it's been exactly a week since I was prescribed Androgel 5gm's

a day by my endo. My main concerns are that I do feel a bit of a

difference in my energy levels, but I'm still feeling depressed, low

sex drive, irritable, and anxious. I'm going to be starting on

clomid 50 mg's a day for a few months in about a week or two, to see

if that gets my natural test going again and reduces the estrogen in

my body. Hopefully this can clear up the mood problems and get me

feeling better than I am now. What types of things can I do or take

to make sure that the gel is working at an optimal level? For

example, where is the best place to rub the gel? This past week I

have been rubbing it into my left shoulder/upper arm. Does the area

I'm rubbing it in need to be completely shaved? Although there isn't

that much hair there to begin with. Where have you guys found it

most effective to apply the gel? Thanks in advance.

Two 5G @ 1% gives 100 mg @ 10% adsorption is 10 mg X 7 days gives 70 mg a week

of T into your body. Your dose is half that. 70-100mg a week is is not enough

for

most men on TRT.

After a week or two you may get worse as your own T production shuts down.

It seems the best way to apply Androgel is just like the instructions say.

Shaving

would help as it does stick to hair. Use rubber gloves or the bottom of a small

glass

jar or shot glass to apply.

You may end up doing one packet in the morning and one at night after awhile.

Testosterone is non toxic, there is no overdose, only conversion to E, which can

be

controlled.
