If you are going to go to HCG alone, just go for it. It will start

working immediately. It will take you a little while to get in the

groove though.

But no matter what you do, you need to manage your estradiol.

Estradiol will almost definitely continue to be a problem while on

HCG alone. Arimidex is the tool that I use. Some men, like

Zolt, manage their estradiol using DIM while on low dose HCG.

And some men, like me, go on HCG and have zero problems with estradiol or other

forms

of estrogen. The point is, do the bloodwork before you self-diagnosis.

Agreed, blood work is critical. Curious, if you were on HCG and did

not have nay problelms with estradiol, why did you not stay with HCG

alone?

That's easy... it didn't get my T levels up to where they needed to be. HCG gave

me

excellent subjective results for the first month or two. Then I noticed a

decline in

effectiveness. My T levels were in the low 700s with HCG. My doctor suggested I

try actual

TRT to see if there was any improvement. I started full TRT with T-cypionate,

which got

my T levels into the low 900s, a very comfortable level for me. I occasionally

return to HCG

for a few weeks. Switching between the two therapies seems to produce a boost in

benefits for me, but this is purely subjective.
