It can be very tough. Just try to remember that you got feeling better once and you will be able to do it again. Easier said than done, I know. If it comes on strong and then you can't get it later you went to low. Guest guest Posted August 9, 2006 Report Share Posted August 9, 2006 Yes your high and if you take 2 tablets a day you can go down so fast you will miss the zone and start feeling like crap. Take one tablet a day best at dinner time. And bring your E2 down slow. When wood come on strong you will know your in the zone or your E2 is in the right place. Keep taking the one tablet but if wood stops then this would mean your to low. This is when you stop taking until wood comes back the go back on the tablet but cut the tablet in half keep doing this until you find the right dose. I don't think you can do TRT and not have some high E2 problems.
