If so they may use a different measurement than the 5 to 20 range you have heard about here. If 410 is the maximum of the range of their units of measurement then I wouldn't think 135 would be all that high. I think high prolactin can indicate a pituitary tumor, but I'm not sure. Others on this board have more experience with that. If it is a pituitary tumor, I think I've heard they are usually treatable by medication. Occasionally surgery is necessary.
