I can't see how after being on TRT 12 yrs your LH and FSH levels are good I am betting they are very low in the normal range. If your T levels are 50 your LH and FSH should be very high near the top or over the top of the range. But you can't get good lab in this if you were on TRT your brain is shut down from sending this due to being on TRT. I feel any kind of Dr. is good that treats a lot of men for low T and tests and treats high Estraidol levels with Arimidex and if you go back on TRT your Estraidol levels will come back up your way to low. But when you did them labs for your Estraidol how long were you off the Nolvedex it is an SERM and you need to be off it 2 months or longer to get too labs on Estraidol. Why were you on this body builders use this when coming off steroids to jump start them self's it's not good for low T. To find a good Dr. go to the Database Section at the home page click on Physician Reference see if one of the guys Dr.'s is in your area. But still before seeing one call them ask how many men do they treat for low T and if they test for high Estradiol and use Arimidex to lower it. Ask if one is Secondary do they use HCG to treat them men that are Secondary there testis work just don't get told to work. You will know if you found good one. If you want to try to jump start your self see if your Family Dr. will work with Dr. over the phone to try this he is the best at this but with your age I don't know if this will work most of the time it does not work. Men that go on TRT end up on it for life if you stop you will go back to were you were in levels before trying TRT is your lucky. Your can't test LH and FSH once you have been on TRT even if your off it your brain is shut down from sending this message to your testis from being on Testosterone meds any good Dr. up on this knows this. Your IGF-1 levels will be off with low T your range is by age Dr.'s up on HGH know to keep ones levels up like in younger men say 300. When you get back on TRT an leveled off or tuned up your IGF-1 or Growth Hormone levels will go back up some retest them then. Your Cortisol if done in the morning doing a fasting test are fine people get a little stressed in the Dr.'s office and being stuck by a needle. To tell you need to do a 4x's in a day Saliva test you can buy this your self still get your T levels up before doing this. You need more testing for your Thyroid having a TSH that high is a Flag going up anything over 2 is needed to be looked at. All TSH is is the message from our brain that tells your thyroid to make more and a level of 3 says you need more and don't have it.
