He should have gotten your fax but maybe not the paypal email. You may need to go to paypal. get a copy of the transaction and resend that to him in an email. Hope this helps. I faxed all medical records and forms from his website last Thursday, along with Paypal-ing payment....haven't heard a thing yet, not even acknowledgement of the PayPal payment. Is that normal? Although service has been restored, and safeguards have been put in place to avoid further down time, incoming e-mails could not be salvaged. If you attempted to send an e-mail to the AllThingsMale.com domain during the time frame mentioned above, your e-mail was not recieved. Please resend the original message.
