I don't think so. I am as gay now on replacement as I ever was. I certainly don't have high estrogen levels. Gay bodybuilders using supraphysiologic doses of testosterone don't suddenly become heterosexual in my experience. Brad
Guest guest
My recollection is that this question was studied formally, and it was found that, on average, gay men have somewhat higher levels of testosterone than straight men. > > > I heard about a guy who had a small tumor in his head removed > because it contained 300% more estrogen then he should have. > > As soon as it was removed, he started thinking more hetrosexual. Guest guest
There might have been a connection with this one case, but there does not seem to be any connection in the rest. I would imagine that a rise in testosterone levels would just make you more horny what ever your preference is. > > > I heard about a guy who had a small tumor in his head removed > because it contained 300% more estrogen then he should have. > > As soon as it was removed, he started thinking more hetrosexual. Guest guest
Hi, When I started hormone therapy TRT, I went to the college library and studied hormone therapy articles over the decades and read about studies that tried to understand how hormones effect sexual developement. Studies have been done with pregnant animals where the normal hormone level of the animal was upset with injections of hormone of both testosterone and estrogen to see if it effected the brain of the developing fetus. In cows there was seen to be an effect if I remember right. Some cows developed normal sex organs but acted like bulls when they matured. There seemed to be no effect when excess estrogen was present on the male fetuse. The studies I read were never able to clearly establish hormone levels during gestation was the cause of the difference. This subject is very sensitive. Homosexuals do not want to be seen as abnormal in anyway. ernestnolan > > > I heard about a guy who had a small tumor in his head removed > because it contained 300% more estrogen then he should have. > > As soon as it was removed, he started thinking more hetrosexual.
