Like I said, I don't know of any research programmes to substantiate the

claim made by my former Endo. However my rheumatologist is of the opinion

that muscle waste in people who have Klinefelters is attributed directly

from the extra X chromosome and merits a research programme.

Both doctors are professors of their respective specialities.

The point I was making refers only to people who use TRT for Klinefelters, I

can't make comment about anyone else. Klinefelters people who use TRT do not

necessarily build muscle, at least not to the extent that athletes may. I

know a guy, now on his late 30's who has weight trained and exercised since

he was about 14. He is now a qualified fitness training instructor, but he

has distinct lack of upper body muscle, the protruding stomach that is an

XXY trademark and even though he has been injecting Testo (250mg per 10

days) for almost 8 years and continued to exercise, he has gained very

little in the way of muscle tone.

I didn't say that injecting Testo caused muscle waste, but as I inject Testo

and I have Klinefelters and I know of two Endo's who have made comments

regarding the subject, it's not something I can dismiss out of hand.

Only research can reveal the true answer.
