Guest guest
Infection? Those are some characteristics of infection. If it doesn't clear up within couple days....I'd seek medical advice. Keep us posted... OR eon testo injection reaction Friday I gave myself my fourth injection of cypionate. Now my leg is swollen, red and warm to the touch. Could this be an allergic reaction? If so, why did it not occur after the first three injections?
Guest guest
Hey Are there red streak running out from the injection site? If so you may have an infection. You may also be having an allergic reaction to the oil that the T in suspended in. Allergic reactions sometime take time to develope any you may not see any adverse reaction until you have had multiple exposures to the allergen. If you do have streaks I would see dr immediatly. If you are having and allergic reaction you may have to find different form of T replacment. > Friday I gave myself my fourth injection of cypionate. Guest guest
There aren't red streaks running from the injection site. The problem is not at the injection site. It is in the front of the thigh and a little lower than where I injected. The area covers about 2/3rds of my thigh. I'm a competitive amateur cyclist and ride my bicycle very intensively 5 days a week. I've had excessive pain in the thigh that I inject in after rides for the first couple of days after injections. But, this is the first time this swelling, redness and heat has occurred. My thoughts are that it must be an allergic reaction because I've had other hayfever like symptoms since I started injecting. Guest guest
I often got a muscular like pain in my thigh and down the back of my leg, when I used to self-inject into my thigh. It would last for about a day and a half or thereabouts. I don't inject myself anymore, a nurse does it for me into my hip and I've never experienced that pain since. I had a bad reaction similar to yours on several occassions. The reaction lasted for 8 to 10 days, it wasn't pleasant. See a doctor and get it checked out.It could be an infection . I had to see the endo and I am now on testosterone implants and have no more problems. goodluck. orcman
