I'd give it at least a couple of weeks. What would be best would be to

take it until your next blood test. Then you'll know for sure

whether/how much it's working.

What often happens is that you feel better for a while (more energy,

better erections, etc.) and then you crash. That means that you got

your E2 down and then went too far. That's what happened to me the

first time. I went around saying the stuff was crap for about a year

until I tried it again with a different approach.

If you don't feel anything after 3 weeks, then it's probably not be

working for you. But I'd go the distance and get the blood tests. To

me knowledge is empowering. I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to

gather some hard facts (i.e., blood test results). I regret when I pass

up such opportunities.
