Guest guest
It's hard to say although DHT is blamed for prostate problems. In studies from Europe, I've read they use external DHT to battle prostatitis, which completely contradicts the research in North America. > > So if my TRT with gel is raising my DHT (1391 pg/ml) really high and > possibly even decreasing my total T (348 ng/dl), free T (12 pg/ml) > and estradiol (22 pg/ml) into the really low normal levels, should I > be happy with that? I suspect it's wrong. It just doesn't make sense to me. Is this the only DHT test you've gotten? If so, I'd get another test first rather than proceeding with any protocol based on this one test. Guest guest
I think there is a lot of out dated info on the net. The blame for prostate cancer is high Estradiol and Low Testosterone. A link one of many. http://www.youngagain.com/testosterone.html Phil swrtw2001 <no_reply > wrote: It's hard to say although DHT is blamed for prostate problems. Guest guest
When you say " feel this good " are you referring to libido and/or general sense of well being? I have never had my E2 measured and my total T is in the normal to low normal range and Free T is somewhat normal. Is it possible to have these in the normal range and have high E2 result in low libido and poor sexual function? thanks for help. > I just now got my last DHT result I am at 130 range 25 -75 Total T. 590 and free 21.1 range 5.6 - 19 and E2 20.4. > Two months age my DHT was 140, Total T. 923, Free T. 36.7 and E2 was 48. I think he should have it redone. > It is odd last year if my test result came back this low I would be in very bad shape. It is amazing what getting E2 down can do. I use to need my Total T. over 1000 and I did not feel this good. My Free T. was never this good. > Phil >

Look here for average levels by age and see what age your levels look " normal " for: http://www.alt-support-impotence.org/hormone_charts.htm - - - - Just another albino black sheep
