That is what I tryed and Dave said it is the wrong one I did the hole bottle at

the max dose and nothing. Here is a link to the DIM I am talking about,

http://www.myvitanet.com/dim120tabnat.html

And here is what Dave is talking about.

Nature's Way DIM-plus.

It's only about 40% of the price of the PhytoPharmica brand, is the same

number of tabs/capsules.

It's made with the same Bio-Response DIM complex (25% DIM) but the capsules

are 100mg vs 120mg tabs in the other brand.

I found it at Whole Foods Market...though Nature's Way is carried at many

other stores.

Worth looking into if you're doing DIM.

Hmmm. I've tried both. I can't tell anything either way with either one of

them.

Did you try the ritecare stuff Z was recommending?

Both Products contain BioResponse's DIM complex, which is what Z touts

as being necessary; it's more bio-available.

For anyone, obviously take what works for you, but I suspect it's more like

a case of name-brand vs generic-brand of the same stuff. Some won't be

happy without the name brand.

I did not try the DIM that Dave uses I had posted that it did not work and gave

him the link like I did just now. He posted back telling me that I had the

wrong one. I just had my next blood test done and if my E2 comes back to low

or to high I was going to try the Inolplex with DIM. I don't mean to say it is

not going to work all I am saying is what Dave told me he said that one was the

wrong one. If both work for you I am assuming that you had a blood test to

prove this if so then I am not going to try the Inolpex with DIM because of what

you are saying.

I have read that the absorption of DIM can be enhanced by taking

bioperine and Flax or Fish oil.

No, no blood tests for me to show DIM use. I'm working with Dr right

now and going for some lab work tomorrow, but I've not seen what all he's

checking.

I don't know if either one works...I don't " feel " anything when I take

either one...at least with 6-OXO last summer I imagined I felt something

(libido, erections).

Not to worry I am sure we all will figure this out.

Phil,

Are you saying the DIM at myvita.net doesn't work? I bought some from the

inventor of DIM and it seems to work a bit. Are you saying the Nature's Way

brand

doesn't work?

That's correct.

That's also correct.

My concern with Nature's Way's DIM product is that it's not DIM, but

rather DIM Plus. In other words, they've added some ingredients to the

mix. I prefer to stay away from these " combo " products because you

don't know what the added ingredients are doing - good or bad.

Nonetheless, if Nature's Way's DIM Plus doesn't work for you, then the

straight DIM/Indolplex from another manufacturer probably won't work for

you either, but you'll never know until you try it.
