Phil,

Why do you need to get your DHT down? What are the effects of high DHT?

I would not take Indolplex/DIM and Arimidex at the same time to start

out. You'll never know which one is working and by how much. You need

to be scientific about it.

Start with the Indolplex for 2 or 3 weeks and get blood tests (T, total

& free and E2) before and after. That will tell you if it's working for

you. If it works, then you won't need Arimidex. But if you insist on

Arimidex when Indolplex works for you, you need to gradually take a

small dosage of Arimidex and test to measure it's effect. As you know

from reading all the postings in this group it's very easy to OD on

Arimidex and it takes a long time to recover. See my primer article 7

of 8 entitled Adjusting DIM Dosage.

Norton now you can help me what dose of Arimidex are you on and what are you

test result doing this. I was thinking about doing this but stopping the

Arimidex. I am on Testim 10 grams per day and take .25 mgs of Arimidex every 5

days. My last test came back my E2 was 21.1 the blood test was taking 2 days

after taking the pill.

I was told to use this in conjuction with arimidex to block the

converstion of T to E.

Phil,

Since your DHT is so high, have you considered taking Nettle. It

works in 2 ways. It lowers SHBG and also lowers DHT. This way it

would increase your free T as well as help your prostate. I would

have liked to take it to increase my free T, but my DHT is low and

Nettle would lower this for me too.

First my Dr. wants me to try Saw Palmetto when I was looking for it I found a

lot of mix's that had Nettle in it. But he said to use pure Saw Palmetto. Plus

my free t is just over the top of the range. Getting my E2 down it went way up.

My 2 Cents,

I think you should try DIM, the one Z mentioned as it will keep

your E2 down and lower your DHT.

The topics and discussions have been awesome the last little while,

just want to say thanks to everyone, for sharing all the great

information.

Thanks!!!
