Since starting Androgel, I do feel better and have more energy throughout the day. I know that a possible side effect of testosterone supplementation however is sleep apnea, a nighttime sleeping/breathing disorder which causes obstruction of the airwaves, reducing the flow of oxygen, leaving one tired and sleepy the next day. Once I'm up and get my coffee, I feel better, but it's been really difficult waking up and shaking myself out of my sleep. It's a noticeable difference from before. > A sleep study is about the only way to know for sure. Can you have your doc arrange for one?
