Guest guest
Hello Guys, I have been taking HCG for the last year. It has involved needles in the back side - every other day- for 365 days! I finally decided to throw in the towel on fertility. My wife is almost 40 and her reproductive endocrinologist has been very discouraging on her reproductive health. I just saw my doc. who Rx'ed my Androgel, then eventually Depo T. I will do shots every 5 days or so (an average of about .1 ml depo/day = .5 ml every 5 days). I will not miss the near nightly jabs in the rump. I have been off hormone replacement altogether for about 30 days (it's a long story and includes two hospitalizations), but I have suffered terribly in the memory department. I have talked to people and completely forgotten that they called earlier in the day. Of the many nice things that HRT does for me, I will be most grateful to have the mind of a 40 year old again. (My wife thinks I have dementia or something.) I discontinue HCG and re-start Depo- Testosterone tomorrow. -Joe
