Bruce, too sensitive nipple are usally a sign of too high estrogen

and high E or or high E to T ratio will also cause ED. I have

personal found that when my nipples are small and hard but no sore

at all, that my ratio is about right, and this is always a morning

happening, say from 8am to noon, with or without rubbing on T gel.

This does not account for your numbers being unremarkable I realize.

However, what about the R to T ratio? Perhaps that is off.

Thanks, Norton. My nipples are unusually INSENSITIVE, T/E2 ratio is good. I

have a half-baked theory about what's causing my symptoms. Before I

mention it I want to see who has had similar symptoms.

Bruce, I have had in the past, very similar symptoms on occasion...

high mental sex drive.. and an almost numb penis, plus very bad ED.

I think it may have been from excessivly high test levels, which

over time increased my total Estrogen levels, although the same as

you I DIDNT have sensitive nipples at all. I didnt have E2 levels

checked just Total estrogen done, and it was very high.

Shortly therafter I started Hcg in combo with the test... then my

nipples got sore... so I drastically cut my exogeonous test dosage

and then everything seemed to come alive again. The interesting part

was that at this time I was taking shots fortnightly, during the

first week.. i had more problems... howvever during the second,

sensitivity and erectile function was alot better... I assume my

body created to much estrogen in the first week due to the surge of

test, and then succesfully metabolized it by the time the second

came around. However i did find at that time the Hcg had increased

my sensitivity alot.. i could tell after an hour or 2 folowing a SUB

injection that my genitals felt all tingly and very responsive..

Since that Time, I tried Hcg Therapy on its OWN for almost 10 weeks,

however by the 6th week i was not feeling so good at all with

symptoms returning that i had previoulsy felt before I started TRT 2

years ago. I had more tests done and my total T was 18 nmol/l, R(8-

29), free T 48 pmol/l R(25-120). It had dropped from 32 nmol/l, 6

weeks earlier. My doctor thought I should have been ok at that level

of 18 nmol/l, but I just didnt.

So I have resumed T replacement in conjuction with the Hcg for the

past 2 weeks, and I am feeling a hell of alot better... My total

estrogen levels had dropped alot during the sole hcg therapy... but

were still a little high. I havnt been able to get specific E2

levels checked, i tried with the last test, but the lab didnt return

a reading... just gave us total estrogens... I dont think its a very

common test here in Sydney!

I would be interested to hear what your theory is Bruce,

cheers!

The pattern for me so far: wild increase in libido...like a teenager again,

then a very mild bit of ED (not as firm or easy to maintain as usual), now

very sensitive nipples. No E2 management yet, but I know both Testosterone,

Total Estrogens and E2 are all very high out of range. I cut back my

androgel to half pack a day until I consult with the doctor, which has lead

to less randiness, but I think nipples are more sensitive than ever after a

week of reduced AG.

Hi,

According to what I've heard on web sites, it could be due to high E2.

You should bring this concern to your doctor. I hope he is an

endocrinologist with years of experience.

It should be possible for you to get erections from viagra but it does

take some sexual stimulation along with V to do it.

Have you had erections at night? If you have leakage, the night time

erections can't happen. It doesn't mean you do have leakage if there

are no erections.

Your Urologist can tell if you have leakage in your penis blood

supply. Some leakage problems can be repaired.

Hi,

In the last week my symptoms have improved (since early Sept.). I think I

drove my E2 too low. Sensation & erections much improved. At the same time

my nipples have started becoming sensitive again.

E2 was as low as 15 pg/mL. Stopped Arimidex 9 weeks back. From the way

I'm feeling, it took a long time for E2 to come back up. I'm taking zinc & soy

milk, which may have delaed things.

Had blood drawn yesterday, will have results (incl. E2) next week.
