You might want to try a product called Strip-eze. It's a surgical

adhesive remover used in hospitals. Large pharmachies or hospital

supply houses will have it. Another poster mentioned baby oil, but

plain old cooking oil(vegetable)will work also!

Hmmm.

Personally, I find fingers and a little bit of gentle friction do the

job fine, with only momentary redness. But wait until the area where

the patch was is dry, first.

I put the patches on at night, and either remove any remaining goo from

the previous patch at the same time, or do it after a shower the

following morning...
