Guest guest
well the pain is back, soft tissue ligaments, muscles, non joint. I thought going to the shots of depo instead of the T gel was the solution but apparently not. I have been reading online about Fibromylagia and I have a lot of the symptoms along with fatigue. One of the causes of Fibro is Hypothyroidism. And certainly the thyroid is a contribulatory organ to problems associated with Hypogonadism. On my last blood test a year ago when I complained of these syptoms to my endocrynologist, my T4 and TSH counts were at the extreme low end of the normal range, along with high glucose. He did not become alarmed enough to suspect a thyroid problem for my pain. I now think this is likely the cause. There is a presciption drug I have been reading about called Levothyroxine that is supposed to greatly aid this thyroid condition. I have e mailed my endo pointing out this link and asking him what he thinks. In the meantime, anyone have any experience, thoughts, regarding this link between Hypothyroidism and Hypogonadism? norton
