Guest guest
I started with the patch about 10 years ago, then AndroGel about 4 years ago. Since then I have developed severe joint pain in the ankles, knees, & shoulders. Xrays are clean of any spurs, arthritis, or causes that 4 differents doctors might think causes it. The last bone/joint doctor said I just needed more exercise. Then as I was reviewing this group I saw a passing remark about Joint Pain & hormones, brain fog, & muscle ache. My pain is so bad sometimes I can not walk. Vioxx helped it, Bextra helps it, Celebrex, asprin, ibupropin, naproxin do not help. I think Phil may have hit on a problem that many of us have. I hope he will expand on the subject since he seemed to keep a record of his treatments & conditions. What levels of " T " , " E " , & other hormones or precursors lessened the joint pain? Did others get rid of joint pain with proper levels of hormones? This seems to need more study & the doctors just ignore any thing new. I think most of them are deaf anyway. They never listen to a patient.
