There is a primer in the files section written by Z on

Selegiline, which is very good. If you do a search for my

ID " invest99_2000 selegiline " on this board, you will get a lot of

info, because I asked a lot of the same questions you are, and to

which Z and some other members answered. There are also a lot

of posts by a member called y which are very informative. If you

do a search for " y Deprenyl " you should pick them up.

Matt,

I have been on it for 4 months now. The thing I have found is that I'

m much more alert after taking it. I'm a traveling salesman and was

having trouble nodding off while driving, it scared me to death. My

energy level is some better. The sex part no change. I'm on 5mg in the

morning and was told by my Dr. that I could add another 5mg as long as

I could sleep at night. I guess breakfast and lunch is the time to

take it.

At first 1mg would create quite a effect but over time even 5mg did not make any

major

difference.

General well being improved, sex drive improved, not sure on sex frequency, not

sure on

erections, mood had the most improvement.

I was in real bad shape, all my hormones were all messed up, raising dopamine

levels was

amazing, it was like so great, but after 6 months you get used to the levels

being normal.

I am off of Selegiline for this past week, will start back on soon, i have seen

my energy

levels fall off a little and starting to get slight headaches, not sure if it is

due to stopping

Selegiline or some other issue, did stop taking 5-htp now for a couple weeks, so

it could

be one of the other, will introduce each one back alone to see.

Thanks for your help on the selegiline.. found some interesting

stuff about it... may just give it a go...sounds like a very

interesting drug...
