Guest guest
If you apply testim then your body will not make LH. Testing for LH while on exogenous testosterone is a waste of money. My T has not gone up and my LH is also low. He has not determined the cause of my problem yet. He also has not tested my E2. I am waiting the results of another blood test. From the what I have studied I suspect that my E2 is high or I may need LH supplement. Can someone tell me what DIM is? I also have read that if you go on LH supplements it can restart the production of T. Has anyone experienced these kind of situation? Guest guest
Actually, I am on T for secondary. My endo said that the " standard " theapy is to get T up using T shots and then add in HCG. Not sure where the standard is from, but that's what she said. I think that is similar to Dr. 's approach. Guest guest
Hi Mark some men are both are you one of them. I think what Dr. is doing is adding Hcg to his men that are primary it seams to help them keep the testis fuller and they feel better on it. You if one is Secondary the best treatment is Hcg not both. If you are Secondary using both can shut down your testis form working at full out put. Guest guest
Phil, Actually I think I am probably mainly secondary due to extremely low LH and FSH. But I suppose it is possible that I have some primary as well - I had a testicular torsion when I was about 12. They said I would have lost the testicle in a few more hours had I not had the emergency surgery. Mark
