Guest guest
Hi Tony, Let me get this straight: You're not on TRT or E2 management, right? So (1) You raised T from 129 ng/dl to 747ng/dl (241 - 827) using only diet, exercise & clean living? and (2) Your E2 is 19 pg/mL (0 - <54) without any special E2 management? and (3) You beat a gastrointestinal Candida overgrowth in a couple of weeks, primarily with water? The implications are I have to eat right, get off my ass and give up Hershey bars. I hate you:-) On libido, I can only guess: (a) It takes longer than 30 days dry for the brain to get back on track with libido, ( as you mention frre T might not have caught up with things, and/or © there's a remote chance your E2 19 is a little too low which could affect some people (but not necessarily you). I think your progress is so remarkable that you should not change a thing. I suspect libido will improve within 30 days. Your body is already doing a great job of healing itself, returning hormones to their natural balances. Hold off on anything like hCG or Seligiline: it might accidentally hinder your ongoing improvement. Congrats on the 30 days. That's another major accomplishment. Don't let it go to your head. Do you know of any published info. on a Candida-low testosterone connection? Bruce ) , apcoz33@h... wrote: > Hi Group, > I see my Endocrinologist tomorrow. Guest guest
Tony - It seems to me from all I've read that libido lags behind everything else. Especially in your case, your T production has recovered so quickly. It probably depends also on how long you've had symptoms as well. I agree with Bruce, hold off on any treatment and see if your body " catches up " . It's good you're not drinking as well. I'm a little concerned for myself with the Red Sox making the playoffs, they tend to drive me to drink.... Keep it up, and good luck Dave K. > > Hi Group, > > I see my Endocrinologist tomorrow. Guest guest
Hi Bruce & Group, Thats right, the tests results I gave are what the lab reported. No E-2 inhibitors or TRT. Concerning your question about Candida and testosterone, I called one of the doctors my area o from the link on the left (files) under innovative doctors and he told me that the toxic byproducts of candida can cause a drop in T. I still have candida overgrowth it takes 3 - 6 months of a strict diet to get rid of it , but I made great improvments. Non-chlorinated water (just fill your water jugs up and keep the lids off, the chloine will evaproate within 24 hours) acidipilous to rebuild the " good bacteria " and psyllim husk at night to keep the toxins flushed out of the colon. If anyone will hear me on this, the single best thing a person with reasonable health can do to for an overall health improvment is to FAST. Water only fasts is what I prefer, although I just resumed them this month because you cant do them when you are on a 20 month drinking about a case a beer a day binge. I no longer have high blood pressure and you see how my tests are. I fast once or 2x a week. The single most important supplement I can recommend from 5 years of expeirence is MSM, I take 5-10,000 mgs a day. It is an organic sulfer (not sulfate) found in every living organism, vital for cell regeneration and removing toxins, I get it at blue mountain 1-800-421-5201 www.puremsm.com I am 36 with no wrinkles. buying beer at wallmart a few months ago, my ID was initially rejected cause the clerk said there is no way Im 36. LOL I use the cream on my face, dry skin, get a mosquito bite and rub some MSM cream on and in 5 minutes or less youll it will never itch you again. Its given to snake bite victims when the exact species is unknown becuse it will flush toxins out like a hose. Its not stronger than the alcohol though... I also drink atleast a gallon of water a day, and pea alot too. I appreciate all the help you people have freely given to me. I will let you know what the endo says tomorrow and keep up on this board. Tony > > Hi Group, > > I see my Endocrinologist tomorrow.
