me use more Testim like 5 grams more. I think it would be better then the

shots. From what I have found out by talking to other men in the UK it is not

the shot it is how high the levels are to stop the sore joints and muscles.

When my levels went from 600 to 800 the pain was gone. I am walking again up to

45 min. a day. But the shots do convert into E2 fast I can live with this doing

the Indolplex with DIM and when it gets to high taking an 1/4 of an Arimidex

when needed.

I don't know. SOre joints to me sounds like low E2. Are you doing

arimidex , DIm, zinc etc with these extraordinary high levels?

Perhaps you should cut back on T and stop arimidex. It sounds to me

like you may be lowering aromotase so much that you need to push large

volumes of T to get the necessary E2 levels to stop the pain.

Could it be by cutting back T without arimidex you could get a fair T

level and lower E2?

Hi,

I agree the dosage is too high.

This is the dosage according to Dr. Gambrell of Augusta, GA. He

prescribes hormone pellets based on my 230 pound body weight which is

a correct thing to do as the normal supply of T is shut down once TRT

is started.

Subtract 30 pounds from the total weight, and for each ten pounds of

remaining weight, the patient should receive one 75mg pellet. As I get

the max of 20 pellets or 1500mg you now have to divide the amount of

days it takes for the pellets to dissolve which is typically 4 months.

1500mg divided by 122 days, it means you should will receive 12.3mg/day.

Why would this be true? Do you have a scientific reference for this

claim?

No , I do not have any scientific studies or facts to back up

this statement. However, it is my opinion from shooting depo T into

my body for the last 32 years. If the medical community wants an

expert opinion, they ought to call me. My theory is that

Testosterone supplementation in the form of depo T shots is

injecting a steroid into your body. Steroids are used in reduce

inflamation and pain in many prescriptive pain medications. And

when I compare trying androgel, compounded T gel, patch, etc they

all do not have the effect injectable depo T does. I believe that

the serum base of the depotestosterone also has some steroid effect.

When I inject 100mg of depo, I gain five pounds in the next two days

from water retention from the steroid effect. This compares to no

weight gain at all doing patches, skin spread ons, etc.

You're contradicting yourself.

well be it is not what type of T we are on but the levels and the balance you

have. When I was on shots if my levels went down for what ever reason my joints

and muscles had pain I can go back 15 yrs. Then I was on a compounded cream and

if my levels went down same thing I felt this first. Then on the patch I had

this until my levels were high enough. So I can't say if it is the shot or the

levels but it looks like the more I am looking into it it is the therapeutic

level that takes away the pain. Even Earnest how is on pellets has levels over

800 and he claims if his go lower he has pain.

Were your T levels so low they would have resulted in low E2 at the

same time, keeping in mind E2 comes from T?

I suspect for example that low E2 and E is why low T folks get

osteoporosis.

I do remember too though that you are a large man. Perhaps large doses

are necessary for you, but your 1000 unit T levels also seem pretty

high. I shoot for 750 myself.

I get this same thing from high E2. i know Arimidex is doing its thing

when in 24 hours I drop five pounds.
