Guest guest
Hi, My husband just had a skin cancer removed from his arm. Dr. says it is not likely to be anything serious. Because of his fair skin type he expects to get many more. Checked Prevention of All Cancers and found apiol listed as a skin cancer antigen. My husband eats a LOT of soy products. Mostly he eats processed soy " meat " that looks like lunchmeat. He also eats soyburgers etc and drinks only soy milk. I think these products probably contain the apiol. Does anyone know anything about these basal skin cancer cells, their cause (Dr. says the sun) and how to prevent them? Also interested in the soy connection. The other substance listed is acetylhyde which is in nuts. I don't think he is getting that anywhere. Thanks,
