Zapper caused Step throat???

Hi:

I just purchased a zapper two weeks ago, and my 14 year old daughter

is the only one thus far who has used it. She used it per Dr. 's

instructions for a week, until she got sick, which is something that

literally never happens to her.

My youngest son came down with a bad upper respiratory bug that he's

been passing around to all of us. Not only did my 14 year old get the

bug, she now has a secondary strep throat infection. I must emphasize

again, she never, ever gets sick, even when the rest of us do.

She wanted to try the zapper to see if it would help with her mild

acne. I highly suspect that the zapper killed off the friendly flora in

her throat, leaving her more susceptible to illness.

Anyone else ever had an experience like this? Any other comments?
