Guest guest
I have had trouble with anal itching and decided it was Irritable Bowel syndrome. I do three things for it I avoid eating any MSG in any form. I avoid eating acids and protiens together (for example acid fruits like citrus or tomatoes with meat or eggs, seperate them by at least two hours) I have also found that takeing a teaspoon of vinegar in a glass of water at leat three times a day helps when I am haveing trouble. The hardest part is avoiding the MSG its in most prepared foods and often under inocuous names like " natural flavor " even though it doesnt occur in nature! anal itching > I would like to know if anyone has had any success with any natural > remedies for whats known as " anal pruritus " (anal itching), not > caused by parasites.
