colon cluster bomb for parasites..

about 2 quarts of warm tap water that might get cold before I get to it as I'm

reluctant...used some " lanolin " slave for lubricant; 2 caps BWH and 1 of

wormwood; 2 pinches sea salt and 1 tspn of Lugol's idoine as prescribed by

Hulda..

The enema is at the ready hanging over the tub; bucket at the ready too...BUT

I'M NOT BOOHOO!!!

Anyways I DID IT!!! and what a mess..water all over the floor and on me and even

on the walls..

Who " IN HELL " invented these enema contraptions?

Real MORONS they are..

When I tried to " pull the plug " the hose came loose from the " insert nodule " and

the fun began..

Good new though..What came out was what went in and nothing more but a few

little real healthy looking stools..NO alien parasite invaders..NO evidence of

worms..

And so I can only conclude that things are pretty well " normal " in there and

relax..

I'll do a few more enemas to be sure and to " get the hang of it " ...

Sesame oil, recommended to me by my DOM, is a good lubricant and has

some excellent healing properties as well. Shame on you keeping slaves!

I really do have a hard time inserting that thing due to severe anal retention

which goes back a long time, to that event where those stupid; giggling " candy

striper " nurses gave me an enema..

What is a DOM? Dr. Sherry recommends lubricating the enema nozzle with

water, saliva or olive oil. A person can also use K-Y Gel, as well.

Dr. of Oriental Medicine. As for the lube, use whatever turns you on. I

know an old auto mechanic that recommends used crankcase oil.

I just remembered that Vitamin E oil is often recommended for

lubricating the enema nozzle. ...just offering another alternative.
