I am moving to Augusta, Ga., 1st of August and would be interested on that and any other findings in the area... I am familiar with Atlanta...lived there for many years and will be driving there frequently from my home town in Augusta... I am very interested in the well water too.... I used a whole house system in Atlanta that you could set to backwash the filter whenever you wanted and I did it every 2 days to try to accomplish the negatives Dr. feels about them ..... that they fill up with chemicals, etc and let the chemicals out on the other side into the house....a well might be a better answer if all the complications can be taken care of....
