Guest guest
Hi Duncan, I'm considering the liver flush described in your attachment. To be honest though, I'm a little scared. Is there any chance the stones could become lodged in the ducts and cause extreme pain worthy of a trip to the emergency room? Is it okay to do this while on the Candida diet? Guest guest
Diagnosis by email is useless, but low nighttime melatonin can cause insomnia. So can toxin load. Many of my clients are getting good results with Seroctin, which allows natural balance of serotonin, and supplies a melatonin analog that works without the negative effects melatonin pills can produce, such as lethargy and low libido. Whey, however is easily assimilated so the answer is no, not for the whey. Duncan
Guest guest
Whey that was pasteuized at 161 F (if they didn't remove some good components) will be a good product. Whey that was pasteurized at 161 C however is pooched.
