You will need to use your own intelligence together with Dr. 's

findings. Studies have shown that too much sterility in an environment

can lead to a weak immune system. The healthiest kids are those who

grow up in a farm environment and play outside in the dirt.

Of course this does not mean that they should live in an unhygienic

environment, they just need enough contact with germs to develop

a healthy immune response. And attention must be paid to parasites.

Where people are already sick, a different approach must be used.

If I understand Dr. correctly, she has written most of her

texts for seriously ill patients. If the body needs its energy

to fight the disease, it cannot fight germs at the same time -

so you keep the environment and diet as germ-free as possible.

The above is my personal opinion only.

Dear radiant mother:

You sound like you already know what there is to know about milk.

However to refresh our memories here goes: Raw cow's milk has all the enzymes in

to digest it

as does raw goat's milk. However the molecular structure of goat's milk is finer

and therefore easier to digest for those who have difficulties digesting milk.

Dr. recommends one of two things with raw milk or any milk and that is:

you either bring it to the boiling point for a second or two (with a dash of

salt)

and add baking soda and Vitamin C crystals to it, to neutralize the Malonic

acid or you simply add four drops of HCL (per cup or glass) and then add the

sprinkling of Vit C.

----------

Personally, myself , I think that its good to get off milk for a period of

time to allow the stomach to start cleansing the excess mucus out of the

system. However if you are on the Parasite cleansing programme then it

becomes incumbent to stay on it for as long as it takes to clear out the

parasites as milk ( the calcium in it) plays a part in her cure.

I hope this helps you a little.

My grandson is 4 years old. Has never had milk to this day. My daughter

nursed him for 18 months. Her pediatrician agrees with her desire not to give

the boy milk. He is robust and in the 95 percentile as far as weight and

growth are concerned. Now the cheating part, she has given him some cheese

now and then on occasion in the form of Ugh! pizza. Other then that no milk.

Calcium comes from vegetables. He drinks oat milk as a beverage. She hardly

ever gives him juice Ugh! all sugar. He has a wonderful appetite.

Go to the Not milk web site. www.notmilk.com Cohen even states

that we do not get calcium from milk. He is a very good authority on the Not

Milk subject. According to him, milk is one of the biggest farces perpetrated

on the people.

Dear Radiant Mother:

My understanding of where Dr stands on milk is this. She is dealing with

the healing of different ailments. Those ailments start with our intake of

calcium. Over time the calcium adheres to the walls of the vessels and bacteria

, parasites etc take-off from this point. She advocates the killing of the

parasites with her herbal program and then with a kidney /liver cleanse. The

latter two organs get cleaned out of old calcium but the drinking of milk

replaces the clean -up so that one is not depleted. Also it has all of the

essential amino acids.

She is coming from a different perspective. Her program advocates

milk and cooked vegetables largely. Interspersed with grains and perhaps chicken

or fish on the days when one does not have milk.

If you are concerned about milk being mucus forming then I suggest that

you look up the remedies that would mop this up like for example:

Vitamin C or Turmeric capsules or study Dr 's mini-program with Lugol's

solution. I am sure that there are many other ways of clearing up the mucus for

oneself while on her program.

Yours truly,

Joan----------

Kim,

He is very robust, at 4 he has had antibiotics only once when he was

about 1 year old. In retrospect the Dr. even said that he probably didn't

need it. He really doesn't get sick. Maybe sniffles but never sick enough to

go to see the Dr.. He had a fever once and by morning he shook it off and

that was the end of that.

He eats a normal diet, if there is such a thing. He has meat, chicken, beef

and fish. Mostly organic whenever possible. He likes veggies, mostly cooked,

but he cycles, sometimes he likes broccoli, sometimes carrots and right now

it's cauliflower. He'll also eat some other greens sometimes. We have lots of

greens around because my wife and myself are Macrobiotic. I make a lot of

macrobiotic dishes and he loves them. My daughter serves brown rice and other

grains and prepares some macrobiotic dishes as well.

Sugar is the big thing, very bad. He never gets those various juices,

ice cream, cookies, and has never had candy. If at a party, he might get to

partake of the deserts but NEVER at home, it just isn't served period.

Hope this is helpful.
