The product is called three-lac and it contains three different good bacteria which are supposed to be in your gut. (These bacteria can get killed off by broad spectrum antibiotics allowing the yeast to multiply.) I took the product for several weeks and now have a clean spit test! My carb cravings are gone and I am successfully beginning to lose weight.
