Guest guest
I went to his house and spent 1.5 hours with him. He first takes a close up digital image of both your irises them blows them up on a screen so the color part of the eye is about 15 inches in diameter. This man has about 35 years of healing experience and is, IMO the best iridologist in the world and a nutritional program that will actually heal you, properly. It has been his experience that unless you are getting changes in your irises you are not doing the right thing. This man is living proof of the validity of his work. He changed his eye color from olive brown to blue over a 15 year period eating an all raw animal food diet. Years after that he began targeting certain organs with food combinations and actually got rid of all the discoloration, flecks, spots etc. in his irises that indicate less than OPTIMAL health. This man has a perfect pair of irises with a complete circle of solid blue filaments radiating out from the pupils. I met him after 35 years of him eating this way and it was actually scary looking into his eyes. They were like looking into the eyes of a saint, with a combination of infant innocence and supreme wisdom with the depth of a crystal clear, untouched lake that shimmers in the sun. When I first made eye contact with him I became so emotional I actually could not walk into his house as he greeted me with all smiles at the door. pretty powerful stuff for a man who is about 5'7 " tall and his voice, well I will leave that up to you to hear some day. In summary, in 4 years eating his Primaldiet I have gone from being bi-polar and depressed with all the unattractive physical symptoms you speak of to having a wonderful life now with energy, optimism, beauty and a career. I possess the physique of a man who does regular, serious body building and I do NO exercise. I weigh more than a man my height would weigh because the density of my muscle and organ tissue is much greater. My eyes are clear and I am no longer bloated and swollen up with edema from cooked foods and high insulin response. I am confident and expressing my God given masculine qualities now with a deep, relaxed and resonant voice and a presence that demands respect when I want it without force or confrontation. Compared to the frail, hyper, emotional and sensitive person I used to be, this change is very welcome. I also asked the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my life on a date today to go fishing with me and she was nervous talking to me! You do not belong on this egroup . You belong on the primaldiet egroup. Take care, Corey -- In Dr , " ..: )::.. Guest guest
, I too share alot of your pains and symptoms which individually come and go but truely place a huge drain on my life. Aside from what you mentioned eating fat/grease causes my symptoms to increase. Now I am at the point where I become very sick. Years ago I began eating low/no fat and immediately began to feel much better overall however last December things turned for the worst and I am feel sick all the time. One thing you may want to check is if you have a hepatic condition like Hep-C or something. When your liver is under attacked you can experience alot of these symptoms. Three things I have done of late which have improved my situation is to use a bentonite/psillium mix twice a day for two weeks going down to once a day therafter. If you try this take special note to examine your stools for anything that looks out of place and also to note any stomach or intestinal pains. Second, I take a complete bioflora product with 8oz of low/no fat yogurt twice a day. I also take a digestion aid/supplement with large meals. These sound pretty simple but I really began to feel better soon after. I am waiting to see a specialist (GI) next month and will keep you apprised of what maybe determined if anything. I have been warned by 2 doctors that finding intestinal or digestion problems can be very expensive and the results inconclusive. Best of luck finding the cause of your trouble! > Greetings... > I am on what appears to be an eternal quest to figure out what exactly is > going on in my body, and how to fix it. Guest guest
HI I've had all of the symptoms that you mention. The only thing that I continue to deal with now is Multiple Chemical Sensitivities which is disipating more and more daily. If you check the files section in this group and then go to success stories, you'll see mine. Reading this book will answer your questions.. http://ener-chi.com/more_key.htm s has a forum on www.curezone.com http://www.curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=337 & t=34666 Go through old posts to find answers to your questions. There's a lot to it, but it's basically very simple, clean up your body so that it can heal itself, and give it the proper nutrition....proper for YOUR body. I joined this group some 2 1/2 to 3 years ago, and the things that are considered the " normal " treatment didn't work for me. It's about balance. Candida is a symptom of a larger problem, not a disease. If you have any specific questions about anything s talks about or about my healing, please feel free to ask, either here or in private emails. Guest guest
Hi , I've read that a large percentage of people who tested postive for Lyme don't remember being bitten by a tick. They may have been bitten by a " nymph " , a baby tick so small that it's easily overlooked. Another thing to consider is that Lyme Disease may be spread via semen and breast milk. In my research on the net, I've read of research studies that found evidence of the bacteria in these fluids. On the email groups I've joined, many people have reported that their entire family tested postive, even babies. Thanks for the link to Dr. Randy's site. I will keep it for reference. Two of the most interesting sites I've come across involves a group of folks with Lyme who are using an alternative therapy using Salt and Vitamin C to kill the Lyme and other parasites. If you peruse the email archives of the Lymestragies group, you'll find reports from folks who actually had parasites crawl out of their skin after they were on the Salt/C protocol for a while! Is it possible to contract the disease without getting a tick bite? I don't really remember getting bit, but it has been so many years that my memory may be failing me. I am seeing a highly acclaimed Osteopath next Wed., and am hopeful about that. But if that fails me, there is a very experienced Lyme Dr. here in Santa Cruz. Guest guest
the primal diet email address just cameback to me and said undeliverable...it says only folks who practice raw food eating already area allowed. Nuf said about that. My question is, how on earth can you manage to get raw meat and raw eggs down? I love vegetables and those kind of raw foods, but the eggs and meat seems unfathomable for me to consume. Did they do a saliva cortisol test that measured your levels at 4 different times of the sy? Di they run a FREE T# abd FREE T4 for yourthyroid function? Guest guest
Inga, Nuf said about what? Go onto the live food egroup, start eating raw food then send the primaldiet an email saying you are on the live food group and want to get serious about the primaldiet. No, is was not real hard for me at first because I hadn't ate in 24 days and had only consumed a little carrot juice with water, a mango and then sometime later absolutely scurfed down a plate of raw beef. There are 2 aspects one must address when the thought of consuming raw animal foods seems repulsive: 1.Physiological: - The bacteria in your digestive tract are wrong, simple as that. Consuming whole raw vegetables, starches and many fruits over alkalinizes the intestines. This means that the bacteria responsible for digesting the acid, animal foods like meat, eggs and butter or coconut cream are not present. Other yeast and molds proliferate the tract. Once the digestive tract becomes acid the natural taste for these foods becomes very strong. I eat minimum, 2 pounds of meat daily and sometimes the taste is so appealing I am panting like a dog and literally swalling chunks of meat which is the best way to eat meat. Other times I have to chew the meat a little more and dip in a little minute amount of hot sauce to get the juices going. I use " Endorphin Rush " hot sauce because it has no salt. - Another reason for being repulsed by meat is because your body may need some healthy raw fat in it first to help saturate the lymph and organs, mopping up many volatile compounds. The meat consumed without the fat built up would release too many toxins into the blood and the body cannot afford to do that, it burns many other cells. Usually lots of raw cows cream or coconut cream blended with a little fruit and perhaps 1-2 eggs for a few weeks will soothe the body enough to the point where it can handle the detox. capability from complete proteins only found in raw meat. Also consuming fresh, raw vegetable juices like cucumber, celery and parsely will also neutrilize some of these compounds and allow the body to develop a taste for meat. Going %100 raw cold turkey is actually the easiest. 2. Psychological: The mere thought of consuming raw animal foods can be enough to stimulate cortisol or even adrenaline from the worry and turn the stomach into vomiting at worst. Some people may even convince themselves of bacterial contamination from such foods and not eat them. I have said it before and I will say it again, with the introduction of the 1000 hz food zappicator there is no longer any logical REASON OR EXCUSE for humans to cook there animal food. Cooked animal foods are toxic and contribute to high uric acid levels and over all acid ph load, raw meat does not. I am actually astonished Hulda has not adopted this diet for her clients in her clinic. I zappicate every single molecule of food I eat and notice the greatest change in the taste of fruits. I consume cucumber juice, lemons and sometimes tomatoes and notice a fresher taste. Animal foods digest beautifully when zappicated for me. So far I have noticed no ill effects from zappicating. I suspect Vonderplanitz would be against zappication but time will tell whether I do it long term or need more bacteria in my food to detoxify metals which bacteria do. Guest guest
I'm not an expert ..but I understand that if you drink flouridated water.,..It can affect the thyroid tests. inaccurate... Plus it keeps iodine from being absorbed..therefore the thyroid problem. Brushing your teeth with flouridated toothpaste keeps you from absorbing iodine for 12 hours. Most people have a thyroid problem and don't know it. Taking your temp first thing in the morning for 10 minutes before elliminating will give you the base temperature. If it isn't close to 98.6 ..you have a hypo or hyper thyroid conditon. I believe doctor's have more intricate tests to find out but don't always use it. I say we should be more involved in getting flouride out of our water & toothpaste. not to mention chlorine..mercury..lead...benzene....propyl alcohol... & on & on. Lina YES IT IS. Guest guest
From what I've read, " 3-lac " says you can kill candida/whatever while not being on 'the diet.' This cannot be true, as you're not killing anything if you feed it at teh same time. I've heard it's expensive. (Don't take it.) The 'diet' is pretty much just meats and veggies...no starch, coffee, sugar. It took some getting used to ( on is good for what to eat, etc.). I don't know what your symtpoms are, but I'd start the diet. I have no cravings for sugar or sweets. I don't really take supplements -- they can't have sugar or yeast, etc. -- but haven't had a problem w/it yet. After 2 wks you can eat gluten-free starches (millet, quinoa, amaranth) from a health-food store. glenn > What is the diet exactly? Guest guest
Hi , Re " Hi Ingrid, Thanks for the further info here. I should have added in my original mail that I recently had my adrenal and thyroid checked out @ the endocrinologist, and apparently all is well. I am not sure if this is another one of those things where Western medicine Drs are clueless and their tests are not accurate (like with Lyme, etc.). " This website covers many of the symptoms you speak of: https://www.endfatigue.com/ " Dr. Teitelbaum is the Director of The polis Center For Effective CFS/Fibromyalgia (FMS) Therapies. He has had first hand knowledge of the challenges faced by patients CFS/FMS. After coming down with CFS/FMS in medical school in 1975, Dr. Teitelbaum learned how to effectively treat it and has dedicated over 25 years of his career to treating and researching these devastating illnesses. " , I heard Dr. Teitelbaum on the radio about a couple months ago. He said basically this: " " Until November 2002, doctors had relied on a normal TSH level ranging from 0.5 to 5.0 to diagnose and treat patients with a thyroid disorder who tested outside the boundaries of that range. Now AACE encourages doctors to consider treatment for patients who test outside the boundaries of a narrower margin based on a target TSH level of 0.3 to 3.0. AACE believes the new range will result in proper diagnosis for millions of Americans who suffer from a mild thyroid disorder, but have gone untreated until now. " The prevalence of undiagnosed thyroid disease in the United States is shockingly high - particularly since it is a condition that is easy to diagnose and treat, " said Hossein Gharib, MD, FACE, and president of AACE. " The new TSH range from the AACE guidelines gives physicians the information they need to diagnose mild thyroid disease before it can lead to more serious effects on a patient's health - such as elevated cholesterol, heart disease, osteoporosis, infertility, and depression. " (4) Now, 6 months after the new directives have been given, doctors are still largely unaware of these new lab guidelines for diagnosis and treatment. Even the major labs doing thyroid testing have not bothered to change the now incorrect normal ranges for both diagnosis and treatment of thyroid disorders. Guest guest
Hi , I have a lot of the symptoms you describe too. I am on my own quest for relieving this feeling of being sick all the time. I feel like I have a low grade flu symptoms all the time, anxiety and bloating, constipation. All my doctors do is tell me to take metamucil or other laxatives. I've suffered for a long time and decided to look on the web for help. From what I've read, there is a build up of garbage in our intestines that just stay stuck and gives us some of these symptoms....i think they call it auto toxicity. I found a great website, of course they probably sell all kinds of stuff, but the articles helped me understand a lot about what I'm going through. Hopefully its ok to post a website here, if its not, someone please let me know. http://colonhealth.net/colon_hydrotherapy/chthrapy.htm I just started colon hydrotherapy and hoping that will help in my quest to get cleaned out thoroughly. I just had one treatment and it was ok. I need a series of treatments to clean this garbage out. The therapist put me on some sort of cleanser pill also to aid in my treatment. Its not a cheap therapy, but I want to feel better asap. Good luck on your quest to finding a solution and to feeling better.
