I haven't used any drug for 14 days. I have abuseing " crank "

everyday for four years. I am doing it cold turkey. I have been

making a broth of One parsnip, one beet, 6 or more onions, 6 or more

carrots, one turnup, 4 or more cloves of garlic. I just simmer it

for about 2 hours in a big pot and stain and drink it all day. Its

not great but its not too too bad.

Do you have anything for the depression that comes along with

stopping. I know it will take awhile to get my " own " energy back, I

am going to a 12 step program. I just thought maybe you ccould help

cushion this awful crash. thanks for any advice.

I'd try alfalfa, it can be very uplifting. CB.
