Guest guest
Hi Dusan, Several of us want to do the lemonade diet but all the maple syrup we find is grade a. Today I went to the health food store and every one they carried was grade A so what can I use in it's place? Edith
Guest guest
From: " Toni Chernesky " <t.chernesky@...> Two years ago, I did the Master Cleanse (Lemonade diet). On the third day, I decided to try the internal salt water bath as recommended. Unfortunately (or fortuitously) I took my quart jar of salt water up to my computer desk at 6:00 AM and logged on the Internet. I sipped on the water so it took me till 10:30 AM to empty the jar. Not what is recommended! As you would expect it did not flush through. That evening I started to feel slightly bloated but no pain. I was awaken out of a deep sleep twice during the night! The first time, it felt I had a car race going on in my intestines, the second time it felt like heavy artillery or a baby kicking in the 8th or 9th month of pregnancy. I thought to myself, " It seems I have disturbed some freeloaders with the salt water " A friend of mine who specialized in parasitology had previously informed me that the head of tapeworms are difficult to detach, but salty foods will make them let go so they can be passed out. When I got up in the morning, I took another quart of salt water, but I stayed in my kitchen to drink it within 15 minutes. I then did the twist on my rebounder for 5 minutes to help shake it down as rapidly as possible. An hour later I had to take a trip to the bathroom. To my surprise, what was washed out was a 1 inch thick layer of bright yellow of whipped butter consistency! I spoke to a master herbalist from Hungary and he thought that the thrashing about of the worms before they were dissolved (like slugs when you put salt on them) they scrubbed all the mucous build up in the small intestine which was the cause of the bright yellow discharge. When I did the Awareness parasite cleanse (The most effective product in the world against ALL kinds of parasites according to my parasitologist friend) 4 months later, there was no sign of any intestinal parasites whatsoever! Does Saul Pressman sell Homozon? By the way, he lives only a half hour drive from me and I have talked with him at health shows in the past few years. Guest guest
I was once doing the " Lemonade Diet " and the first step of that was to drink senna tea before going to bed, followed by 2 quarts of salt water in the morning, on an empty stomach; this will induce strong peristalsis and help evacuate mucosal plaques from the intestines. I did so, but I could not tolerate the taste of salt on my tongue. Thus, I had to discontinue. Now that I have bought Stanley Burrough's " The Master Cleanse " , I plan to recommence. I once saw that an easy way to introduce the salt water into the digestive tract involves inserting a soft plastic hose, through the mouth, into the esophagus, with a funnel attached to the top end. Salt water is poured into the funnel. This way, the salt water can be introduced without having to taste it. Anyone here have experience with this method? - Arian I. Guest guest
Shefy, I don't know the answer to that. I don't drink the epsom salts because I can't tolerate the taste. I have yet to try taking it by capsule. If that timing of 3 hours is consistant for you, then I would guess that is normal. I have also used " Smoothe Move " Tea to clean out the colon and that works in 8-12 hours. I have also taken up to 2000 mgs of magnesium in capsules, and that cleans out the colon in about 6-8 hours, so I always take it before bed. Guest guest
While the salt water bath does clean out loosened sludge in your elimination tract, it does not relax the bile ducts for the liver cleanse. It is very important to relax the bile ducts, and I do this by taking a lot of magnesium capsules. Luigi has said he puts the epsom salts in capsules(uses 13 size 00 capsules) and drinks the water plain and gets good results. I have not tried that yet. Guest guest
Thank you Diane. I will try that. I just read that you can mix the epsom salts with " You can substitute 3 cups water (=750 dl) (that is used in this recipe to dissolve Epsom salt) with 3 cups freshly pressed grapefruit juice, or freshly pressed apple juice . That way you will not feel unpleasant taste of Magnesium Sulphate ( = Magnesium Sulfate = Epsom salt = MgSO4 + 7H2O) ] " on http://www.curezone.com/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp. Does it really make it taste better? LOL. I need to do this again. I hope this isn't a stupid question, but will this reduce cholesterol levels as well? I need to fix or make a new zapper before I go again, but I need to do this. I wish the kidney cleanse was easier to do as far as ingredients. Guest guest
, It is my understanding that a liver cleanse can temporarily raise cholesterol levels as it cleans out the stones and sludge, but in a short time you should see a reduction. Among many holistic/alternative doctors, the supplement Policosano or Octacosonal, works well to reduce cholesterol and lower blood pressure safely. You can do a google search for more info. The liver cleanse will clear up a lot of issues, not just cardiovascular problems. A toxic liver is the basis for many maladies and it is always a complex situation. Don't bypass a liver cleanse for a supplement. The results won't be the same. Diane marina wrote: >Thank you Diane. I will try that. Which should I do first, the bowel cleanse or the liver cleanse? I believe that cleaning out the liver first will free up the bile ducts, which in turn will free up the mucosal plaque in the intestines and thus make the bowel cleanse easier. What do you think? I like to eat beef with veggies, Chinese style. I guess doing a cleansing fast for 5 days out of each month should cover me just fine. > The liver cleanse will clear up a lot of issues, not just cardiovascular > problems. Perhaps changing the chemical environment within the liver will slow down the replication of Hepatitis C viral particles. In Burroughs' book " The Master Cleanse " , it is said viruses and bacteria are not harmful, so long as they do not reproduce uncontrollably. Using this as the base of my argument, I believe that changing the chemical environment in my liver may result in the body eliminating the HCV particles, since then the body will be able to handle the viral load. - Arian I. Guest guest
, Signs of a congested liver besides the obvious like cirrhosis and hepatitis, can be acne, indigestion, aching muscles, aching joints, allergies, bad breath, liver spots, bags under the eyes, dry skin, oily skin, dry eyes, shoulder blade pain, eczema, body odor, and many more that I can't think of right now. Many of these symptoms can also be heavy metal poisoning from lead, mercury and aluminum. If your liver is congested and cannot clean toxins, the toxins will settle into any part of the body and cause any number of symptoms, and usually several symptoms. You also need to consider heavy metal cleansing and getting rid of candida. Have you also done parasite cleansing? If your allergies are still there, you need to keep cleansing, and include blood, heavy metal, and parasite cleansing as well. Sometimes people have celiac disease and are not aware of it, so do a google search for that to see if the symptoms of celiac describe any other issues you may have. I had no idea I was allergic to wheat and any form of it until I did food elimination and rotation. There is no easy answer sometimes. If you can't afford diagnostic procedures, then it is a matter of doing the cleanses, food elimination, and of course, avoiding all toxins until you resolve the problem causing the symptoms. Guest guest
I'm still a bit skeptical on the gallstone flush thing...However I've done many and have had relief for a few days after. I've just ordered the liver package from sensible health. I just had an ultrasound (2 stones about 10mm and 2 smaller ones and maybe smaller ones behind them).
