Hi, Vince,

Do you find yourself retaining water with the salt water? I did it

yesterday with the type of salt recommended (been using the salt for

years on my food) and found my fingers tight this morning when I woke

up, sure sign of water retention. Is it something the body gets used

to? I loved the effect it had on my bowels :-)

I drank 64 oz. which is half my body weight with 1/4 tsp. in each 32 oz.

spacing it over a 15 hour time slot.
