Guest guest
Hey your view is NOT so different! I felt the same way when I read the book. It seems overwhelming to do everything listed. So you just do the best you can. It all depends on how your health is. Try reading it when you can barely sit up and hold the book! For me I did the parasite cleanse and stay on a weekly maintenance dose and zap. Then I did the kidney cleanse and liver cleanse several times. I also had the metal removed from my mouth and the one (and only thank God) root canaled tooth pulled. I also went to see a Contact Reflex Analysis and she put me on Standard Process whole food supplements. I still needed much detoxing even thought I had been detoxing for eight months. Yes it seems overwhelming and is very expensive, but I am finally regaining my health. If I had NOT read Dr 's books, I doubt that I would be here today. I had got to the place that my bowels would NOT work on their own. So whatever your health condition, you will be happy you did what you could. I am alive and well, what good would my money do six feet under? I have peripheral neuropathy, I knew Hulda years ago, had lost track of her and didn't know she had written any books. As soon as I learned that I wrote to her and she told me the PN was caused from the teeth. Turns out she was EXACTLY correct. While ridding my body of the parasites I made my own soaps and the whole nine yards. It wasn't easy, but I sure am happy I did it. If you have cancer that is a different story, I believe you must follow her protocol in detail. It is necessary that you have help from your family. Thank God I had a loving and caring husband who spent his first trwo years of retirement taking cae of me. So don't get discouraged, just do it, you won't be sorry. I think you are worrying too much, you can still eat out and at others' home if you stay on the maintance parasite program. THANKS TO HULDA............I FEEL GREAT TODAY!!! Jan << Just wanted to share a different point of view with you. Since I read " The Cure for all Diseases " and couple of other similar books I don't feel much better. It is true that I learned very useful information. But now I live in a world that is far not as joyful as the previous one. In my new world, almost any food around me is posion, almost anything that is intended to use for cleaning houses, bodies, clothes is poison. Almost any person in this new world carries parasites so now I cannot even eat at someone's place, because he/she will pass me his/her parasites while preparing the food. But anyway, almost surely, you get them in the bus, as they fly in the air with the dust, right? Then I feel crippled with my bridges, crowns and root canals since I cannot afford to pull them all out. Also, in my new world, almost all fruits or vegetables are either irradiated, genetically engineered or heavily sprdayed with poisons. Not to mention the molds that they carry. Forgot to tell you about the poisonos chlorine that goes right into the skin and lungs when I take shower. Today, when I see people eating icecream, candy or chips on the street, I cannot see the smiles on their faces, because I envision them in the future with damaged livers, blocked colons, crippled with diseases, slowly dying, because of the toxins and poisons they will surely accumulate, right? Should I continue??? So, what is the alternative? Where should we start from? Zapping? Parsite cleansing? Liver Cleansing? Bowel management? Kidney flushing? Pulling out all rooted teeths? Or maybe run away and live alone in a hut in the Himalayas??! >>
Guest guest
I like to think that my new way of life is helping my children to cope with disease in their adulthood with more knowledge. They have seen a lot of family members succomb to cancer and disease. Hopefully, they will have the tools to take this bull by the horns. What seems like a lot to newcomers has become standard protocol for us and it really gets easier. At this point, we have not perfected the art of the protocol but can definetely never turn back. Thank you, Hulda! We have learned to just say " no " a lot of things. It is easier to say no than to consume toxins, at this point. What seems like a drastic change is becoming common ground for the children. They see a friend use nailpolish or something and you should hear the lecture they give that follows. Very rewarding, this protocol. We have not been ill with cold or flu for some time now! The youngest has never had an ear infection.........WOW! I still have to get my dental work done, but I am now able to find the bacteria at it's source. It no longer ties up my bowels etc, only my teeth- with the proper herbs. My friends called it extreme at first, but after common sense and seeing my family respond so well, ALL of my family and friends are utilizing it to some extent. Some have even addressed their own health, holistically because of our determination and success. It hasn't been that long since I really commited, but it definitely gets easier. You just know what to eat and not eat. I used to love Mcs......It would definitely not sit right with me now. Simple is as simple does. As a matter of fact, I ate some pizza recently from a delivery. OUCH! It took me two days to feel like my new self again. And I know better too! Lesson learned. Things just keep getting better. I think that if your body does not feel well, then how possibly can your mind feel well? My frame of mind has changed with the protocol. The depression is gone. I have new drive. I love life. Changing a few habits handed down for generations and adding a few herbs to the diet is a very small price to pay for the gift of life. Someday, this will all be old news and EVERYONE will have this knowledge and it will be silly to use toxins or ignore parasites. 1+1=

Guest guest
I have felt the same way. Please listen to Jan's advice. You can only do so much at a time. After you have some time to digest the info. a little more it just becomes motivating and you remember those things when reading labels and making your decisions. You'll become more thankful than distraught! Amen!

Guest guest
Dear list, Dr. , herself, is a very good example for following her protocol. She follows it to the letter. Even when she travels, she does the best she can. She does not wear make-up, she cleans her food in every way she can, she is very, very careful what she eats and what she puts in her body and how she controls her environment. For a 72 year old lady, she is very energetic, she cares for people, enjoys life, and, especially when she is researching a problem - totally focused! When we traveled with her we got worn out before she did! We have also seen many, many people who have been helped by her protocol - including people with stage 4 and 5 cancers! We have received many letters attesting to their renewed health and well-being, many from people who's Dr.'s had diagnosed them with life-threatening diseases that they no longer seem to have. I was a sceptic, myself. Things that changed my mind included what we have seen and heard and the unmistakable presence of parasites in my own body. I have to admit, however, that I am slow to follow the protocol as I should. I do use the zapper, quite a bit. That's my experience...hope it helps. Guest guest
Those long lived people in primitive conditions are also NOT being exposed to all the toxins and contaminents that we in the " civilized world " are so lucky to have in all of our convenient personal products, food and enviroment. Dr. is saying that it is the combination of the parasites and contaminents that are causing the damage. Guest guest
Ok, but how about the people I mentioned. People in the distant Cyberia or the desert people live with those parasites all their life, since they spend most of the time with animals. They don't zap, neither sterilize their milk products (in fact, they drink the milk still warm from the cow) or keep high personal hygiene and yet, they outlive us. Why? So, it is not the salmonela or the parasites? > Dear list, > > Dr. , herself, is a very good example for > following her protocol. Guest guest
Ludmil Egov asked: >...(should I) run away and live >alone in a hut in the Himalayas (to stay >free of societies multitudinous sources of >parasites and toxins...??) Don't freak out. We are out of the dark ages, and moving toward the light ages ;-) Ya know, used to be surgeons didn't wash their hands. Life went on, just not as much as it did when they started washing their hands. Now of course, you expect far more from surgery than a good doctor's clean hands, but clean hands helped. Now lets look at toilette manners. All good restaurants make hand-washing mandatory. Sure, someone could argue that non-hand-washers use the faucets and door knobs, etc., and so its pointless to wash ones hands if 'dirty' hands are still in use... . Almost. The point is this. Less is better when it comes to undesirables in general, and pathogens in particular. It is better to brush off your food if your going to eat it after it drops on the ground. It is better to eat less sugar, drink less alcohol, take less drugs, consume less cooked foods, etc.,. It is better to breathe cleaner air, fix that freon leaking air conditioner or refrigerator, stop inhaling or eating benzene residue and to zap and do parasite and other health cleanses as often as you can... .. Yes, we ARE in a ocean of toxins teeming with parasites. Although we surely cannot exist like that famous kid in an oxygen tent, we CAN live with LESS parasites and LESS toxins. This means we'll be less susceptible to diseases, and be sick less often. Our immune system will have less to do, and we will feel less fatigue because of it. Instead, our health will improve. We'll lead a higher quality (although imperfect) quality of life than ever before, and miss out on allot of popular diseases. Our health consciousness will make adjustments to our personality that will give our lives new direction and purpose. And the world will be a little less sick, and a little more healthy because of it all ;-) Its the simple things, that make life simple ---Marvin Ratchford

How did you come to this list? I > hope it's because you are a fan of Dr. s, not a > detractor. I found this list in a search of health. In a search of questions with no answer from the taxpayed " health carers " . It's been a long journey until the realization of the old Bulgarian saying: what you do yourself, nobody can do better. After a chain of " coincidences " I was lead to the understanding that everybody's life is in his own hands. There is no doctor on this planet that can do more than what you can, with your will, desire and intention. Forget desinfecting hands and handling doors with napkins. Man was never ment to live in big groups, as animals never do it. Instead of patching our deformed lifestyle of living in gray shady cities, stuffed like fishes in a tank, isn't time to ask ourselves the question: do we belong to this insanity called urbanisation and civilization? Guest guest
Dear Ludmil, With this quote, you have paraphrased Dr. CLark's philosophy - " everybody's life is in his own hands. There is no doctor on this planet that can do more than what you can, with your will, desire and intention " That's it, exactly!!! Dr. is saying your health is in your own hands...here's what you do. I can see why you must feel discouraged enough to go live somewhere primitive, but that isn't always that practical. One of the things I would like to see as an advocate of Dr. 's, is CHANGE in our environment, in our products, and in our way of making products. To have change there must be awareness. We hope to promote that awareness. Go and live in your isolated place if you must, but please realize you are not alone. Yes and No... . Yes, it would be nice if everyone went back to bed and got some more sleep. No, we haven't done that. Not as individuals, and not as a civilization. We are all in this thing together. For richer or for poorer, for better and for worse. We have no place to go. All we have is each other. Some of us have found enlightenment inside ourselves. Still there are all types of dis-eases in the mind too. Where can you go to escape it all? What is TRUTH, that it should be manifested in such a corruptible vessel as the human being? Still, we're here, and we're learning. Dr. is showing us how we can help ourselves. All we have is each other. We have no place to go, so we stay stuffed in our paper boxes, surrounded by unfriendly elements, constantly fighting?! What for. Isn't clear that what the modern civilization offers to it's building cells is simply killing them -- air, water, food, medicine, entertainment. What do we have to do with this? Who can patch up a tree with rotten roots? Ok, we live in the city because of the convinience. But since the food in the supermarket is moldy, the household products -- toxic, the water full of floride and chlorine, the air -- deoxigenated, then what is the purpose to support and stick to them? > Still, we're here, and we're learning. If I today put down on a list all " rules for healthy living " I will not feel much different -- which vitamin should I take now, did I take unbleached toilet paper and nail brush before I go, do not touch the handle in the bus that is made of aluminum, don't let those birds on my balcony, because they carry parasites, etc, etc.... I am telling you again -- the longest living people do not know any of these... They just live away from the cities, with no obession. That's all. Well, there are not many as Dr. , so it is not so difficult to find them. The previous books I read (Arise & Shine, Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel management) refer to her. Very interesting is to learn about the people of the Hunsa Valley http://pisces.sbu.ac.uk/BE/SUDP/james/hunsa.jpg > Jan Bolen > > __________________________________________________ >

It is okay to speak as an authority on every subject, from toxins to religions ;-) But really, how much does anyone really know about anything? It is surely easier to say everything is bad, than to accept the world as is, i.e. essentially undiscovered. Religious zealots say God has told us everything. Scientific zealots say there is no such God. Health enthusiast say we all must follow protocols or perish. Long lived smokers and drinkers laugh in everyone's faces... .. True, you don't need proof for every new idea, nor do you need to be a confirmed optimist. Of course, Minimalist and Reductionist conclude we don't need much of anything at all ;-) But the world is not flat (how'd we EVER find that out?) And the earth is NOT the center of the universe. Indeed, our landlord is not a GOD! We have microscopes (unlike the Hunzas) and telescopes and the knowledge of health (something I suppose even Eden was forbidden to have!) So, the world is full of toxins except for locations x,y and z, right? And all those living in locations a,b, and c should go to x, y, and z, right? All 6 billion of us, right? (And of course someone will [of necessity] find yet another exclusive paradise ax, by and cz!) Or, all those who know about health should live away from those who need it the most, right? Can anything be learned from living in a world desperate for compassion and understanding and truth? Dr. provides a gift to the world. Perhaps this is a very good example of what it means to live in this world... . Its okay to run away from all dangers. Its enlightening to face them, and grow from them. Its the simple things, that make life simple ---Marvin Ratchford > We are all in this thing together. For richer or for poorer, for better > and for worse. > > We have no place to go. All we have is each other. We have no place to go, so we stay stuffed in our paper boxes, surrounded by unfriendly elements, constantly fighting?! What for.
