Dearest Karma,

You are so wonderful to take the time to give the valuable information

Thank you for your kind words. I really appreciate it.

You are so right about eating this way. It is remarkable how much difference it

makes. I am just finishing up with a newsletter that addresses just what you are

talking about.

Yes, I do love my Salmon and baked potatoes. I also eat tons of vegetables. My

favorite meal is baked Salmon and in another dish I bake potatoes and carrots

with rosemary. The recipe is in one of my old newsletters. About 20 minutes

before I am ready to serve this I add either fresh green beans or asparagus

spears. I made it for my whole family and everyone wanted the recipe. It could

not be easier, or tastier.

I have discovered the key really is keeping your body fueled so the fat burners

stay on. With the combination of oxygen, water and eating often, your body will

respond the way you want it to.

Hi Ellen,

Don't get discouraged with your diet. In fact, if I were you, I would just

throw in the towel in that area and focus on the breathing for a while. Just

eat something every few hours. Try this schedule. When you first wake up drink

a big glass of water. Then do your breathing and get ready for the day. About

an hour after waking, which should give you time to do your breathing workout,

get ready for the day, etc. Eat something. Don't stress about it, just eat.

You know from all your dieting history that it would probably be in your best

interest not to eat a dozen doughnuts for breakfast with coffee. :-) Then

about 2 1/2 hours later eat something again. Then about 2 1/2 hours later eat

something again. Don't stuff yourself, just eat something!

After all my ups and downs with all the different programs, I have finally

settled on the way of food combining that works best for me. I tried the Hay

way (which is the same as Fit for Life, Fitonics, Sommersize, etc.) I am NOT a

fruit in the morning person and it just made me mean and grouchy! I have found

that I personally do much better combining my food the way that Dr. Barry Sears

of the Zone, Bill of Fit for Life, Larry North of The Slim Down

Program, AND Rashelle Haines of Life Lift, (if I am not mistaken!) which is to

combine protein, carbohydrate AND fat in the same meal. They use different

proportions for example the Zone combines it 40% Protein-30%Carbohydrate-30%Fat,

Bill suggests 40-40-20, Larry North suggests choosing a serving portion

from each in a meal. Rashelle loves salmon and baked potatoes! Interestingly

enough, they all agree that you should eat at least 5 times a day. Rashelle and

Bill both say six times a day. Just take a minute and look at all of

these people. You have seen Rashelle, she is gorgeous, and very healthy in

appearance, very achievable and real. If you don't know about Bill

he is! I don't have Larry North's web address, but he is also a body builder

who is lean and healthy in appearance. Dr. Sears is also healthy.

Ellen, for me the turning point came when I did my colon/parasite cleanse.

After ridding my body of the intestinal parasites I felt so much healthier. I

had more energy and I just wanted to take the weigh off. I felt like it was

achievable after I did that. I started off with the simple parasite cleanse

that I sent to the list for four days. Then I did the Awareness Parasite

cleanse for four months and was still killing them off. In Dr. Hulda s

book " Cure for all Diseases " she points out that most illnesses are caused by

parasites. She came up with an electronic devise that emits only a positive

charge, which kills bacteria, viruses, and parasites. The directions for

building them is in her book. I built one and have been using it. The main

thing that has happened from using it is my sinuses are opening up and draining.

It is so great to be able to breath fully! In her book she says that Asthma is

caused by the ascarius worm in the lungs. I have been deworming my daughter who

has asthma and putting her on the zapper also. If she has these worms, I want

to get them out of her. She tells me it is helping her. I also had been

putting her on the " Chi " machine to help her get oxygenated. I have stopped

that for a bit to see how she does.

I did start somercize but just blew it. when I get stressed I eat!! And I

stressed..No excuse..I should have breathed instead!!!

was trying to get you on our group ages ago..well you succeeded..gues I did

Not!!

I would just like to add my appreciation to Karma also for all the work she does

in answering and advising people who have questions. I would also like to tell

Liz that she is an inspiration to all of us. If I get lazy or not motivated, I

think of Liz and how she gets all of her breaths in and still deals with her

busy life. Thank you both.

Now to ask another question! I am losing every place but my waist! What

exercise would be good for that!

Hi Iva,

I am so glad to see you taking the time to acknowledge our two great women on

this list. They both have very busy lives, yet always take the time to share and

inspire everyone. It really is wonderful and I appreciate them both so much.

You said you wanted to trim your waistline. Life Lift targets the waistline if

you are doing your lift correctly. One of the reasons I love it so much is that

the mid section is where I would have to battle if it were not for Life Lift. In

the past, before Life Lift I was working out for hours almost daily with

traditional exercise and even though I was in great shape every where else, my

waist and tummy were always a struggle. Now I almost forget the problem exists

unless a question like yours comes up.

Remember that the key to body sculpting with Life Lift is any time you stretch

or flex a muscle and do Life Lift the oxygen rushes to the point of stress, (the

place that is flexed or stretched). Since the actual lift is tightening and

holding in your abdomen and total mid section one of the first areas that should

tone up should be the mid section, waist and abdomen. If this is not happening

you need to either become more award of flexing the stomach and rib cage during

your lift or you need to address other possibilities. Those other possibilities

could be digestive problems, bloating, fluid retention. I have written a lot

about this in past newsletters so I suggest you go to the newsletter section of

my web sites and read past newsletters.

Enter zapper on a google search engine. You should get plenty of

suppliers. Making zappers has become a cottage industry.

We purchased Don's Terminator Zapper primarily due to ease of use and have

found it to be terrific for arthritic ailments and back pain. Barely had it

two months and my daughter and I fight over it! :-)

Thank you for your comments. I am really new at this - I have

only read Dr. 's book once cursorily. Do we need to find out the

frequency of our specific pathogen or is it set at a frequency to

kill all. I am trying to kill parasites in the pelvis region as I

have pain there that is probably bladder problems so

kidneys/colon/urethra etc are probably targets for me.
