Guest guest
Hi Arian: Do you have to kill parasites and clean kidneys before you do this cleanse? Have you read anything about exercises to improve your vision? I have read that you can substantially improve your vision doing these. One year I made a butternut squash soup for thanksgiving. It was so good, that I ate this soup for a whole week. You are not going to believe it, but I could read without glasses. for a few days, I also noticed, when I eat dairy products, that I can't see a thing close up, Its like my brain swells. So, you might want to start eating yellow and orange veggies daily in mega amounts and then test your vision daily. I know there is something to improve detached retinas but I can't think of it right now. If I remember, I will write to you. Good luck, ai3131 <ai3131@...> wrote: > > Hi Arian: > Is the lemon juice and olive oil cleanse different than the epson salt, grapefruit and olive oil? I have done that one a few times and it is radical.> I have felt better since getting out the last batch of GB stones. I think I can go for 3-4 months before needing another GB cleanse. The lemon juice/olive oil GB cleanse I use is based on " Grandma Nada's " recipe as found on the CureZone website. Lemon juice/ olive oil cleanse is VERY effective, and I speak from experience. Of course, the oil is acidic enough that, if you do not swallow it at once, it leaves an unpleasantly sour taste in your mouth. Also, the lemon juice by itself has a strong sour taste, so I usually drink it mixed with orange juice. Last night I drank a mixture of orange juice with grapefruit juice and lemon juice. Per 10 parts OJ I put in 2 parts lemon juice and 5 parts grapefruit juice. I drank this with the olive oil and it worked. Be warned, though. For the first hour or so you will feel slightly " seasick " , so just relax after you've taken the mixture. (You can also drink the oil and the juice alternately, as I do.) In about 12 hours you should start expelling mostly green pellets in your feces. These are the gallstones from the GB. I wonder, have you or anyone else you know made a connection between the amount of stress experienced on a daily basis and the occurrence of gallstones? It's already known that chemical changes in the body occurring as a result of emotional changes affect our health. Remember how emotional stress can bring on peptic ulcers? I wonder if the same thing can bring on bilious complaints and other conditions associated with a faulty gallbladder. > I know I need to do this more. As far as the floaters, have you made the connection between the floating days and the amount of sugar you eat? > > No, I haven't made much of a connection between sugar intake and quantity of floaters. (I am not much of a candy eater nor do I drink pop sodas on any regular basis. Also, whenever I do use sugar, I always use brown sugar.) However, since the last time I cleaned out my GB (last night and 3 nights ago), I have seen fewer floaters. I've been having floaters on a daily basis and I have some strong eye pain at times. Thus, I've been going to the opthalmologist to have them check my retina. I hope it's not a small worm or the like causing it, but I still suspect my long-time habit of reading up close and wearing -4.25 diopter glasses is starting to take their toll on my vision. Thus, I've dropped the habit of reading up close and now I get as far from the page as I can when reading. Also, I am seeking natural means to improve my vision. Even if I do not get much exercise beyond walking here and there, I must do something to ensure my eyes function well. After all, would you rather be fat or blind? - Arian I. --------------------------------- It's here! Your new message! Get new email alerts with the free Toolbar. Guest guest
I believe that all the orange and high vit A veggies will be good but here goes the one I made... Also Veggie juices. Carrot juice with celery, apple and little parsley or beet. This is great food! You could try doing a " veggie juice fast " for 3 days and see if your floaters improve. Read about fasting,,, it can be good, but you have to be careful and just rest and cleanse. I did a 7 day fast and it was great..
