Guest guest
I don't think you necessarily have to stay away from those things. Yes, moderation, but I would recommend doing the cleanses until you are clean. No more stones or ANYTHING! Gallbladder diet? I have had six gallbladder attacks within the last four years. 15 months ago was my second to the last one, and last Saturday I had my last one. I didn't realize that these episodes were gallbladder problems until after having been tested when I was hospitalized last weekend. My gallbladder was supremely tender, too, so my doctor assumes that the problem is with the gallbladder. I do not want to have surgery, but since I have done a gallbladder flush in the past, I am planning on doing so again in a couple of weeks, after I'm more recuperated (my ribs are still sore from the episode). Already, we typically only eat fish, chicken breast, turkey, only whole wheat bread and a pretty healthy diet most of the time. This last episode sprung after we had celebrated my husband's birthday with Little Caesar's pizza and raspberry pie a la mode. :-) All of this said, is there a diet that I should follow that will prevent these attacks in general? Guest guest
, I am PLANNING on going on the cleanse once I'm more up to par (in a week or two). I'm recuperating from an awful attack (still sore). I'm wondering what I should stay away from meantime. The doctor just told me to not eat fatty things, but that doesn't mean much to me. Guest guest
Jen, I was having the same problems before I did the parasite cleanse and my first liver cleanse. I decided to stay away from almost everything. I actually juiced and ate fruit and veggies for 3 weeks. I don't know if it was a good thing or not, but I was scared to death of having another attack while waiting to finish my parasite cleanse. It worked! I haven't had a problem since.
