New to parasite cleansing - best method?

Hello all,

I have posted in the group before, but previously I was sort of chasing lose

ends vs. realizing that I definitely have a parasite problem going on.

It all started two years ago when I went to Thailand and Cambodia. I was

unaware of what to avoid, so dined on street food and whatever I could find.

It was delicious, but detrimental in the long run.

My symptoms include nausea, blood sugar imbalance, alternating

constipation/diarrhea, increased appetite (with no weight gain, actually

with weight loss), etc etc. Plus my girlfriend passed a big ball of worms a

couple months back, which was a definite indicator.

So what is the best way to eliminate these beasties? I am very happy to make

the connection to parasites, and am eager to get them out ASAP!! I bought

some over the counter herbal parasite remedy (Gaia Herbs " Para Shield " )

which contains black walnut, wormwood, and a small amount of clove oil:

This was sort of a " quick fix " though as I wanted something right NOW. I am

determined to do whatever it takes to rid myself of the parasite menace.

Should I get a zapper? If so, which one?

What herbs are best to use? Capsules or liquid extracts? What's the best

place to get them?

Is there a website which outlines what I need to do? The cleanse, what's

needed, timeframes, etc.

Would love any advice or tips from experienced people.

Thank you!
