First order, is to get some Ester C at your health food store. If it is low vit c then it will go away in a few hours with a good dose of C. If it is bacterial, then I have had success with many things. Agrisept, h202, tea tree oil, goldenseal extract. That is has helped blood and lymph to clear up in my entire body, and arthritis that I have had for years, is also going away. I used to hurt when I walked and now I don't. Well, that's about it. What it means to trim is to delete the old stuff when you reply to a response Deleting the message is not an option for those that read them on the website or get the Digest forms of the posts.
