Guest guest
Re: Walt Hi Foggs: Well they have mre on three different puffers. But I do not like using them. Air Quality now thats a big question? First off I live in the mountains of N.C. in the Ski country. Air quality here was excellent up till the last five years. Since then it has gone down hill in a heart beat. Chemtrails are thick here too! Very hard to breath on those days. Yes I have a humidifier, keep water on the heater too! Have ywo ther conditions that put me in a triangle of death. One ois Barretts asphagus! A bady that is compounded by reflux and gas buildup that restricts the diaphram. On top of that have a pace maker to keep the ticker from stopping altogether as I have nerve loss in my lower beat side of my heart. They call it Sinus bradocardia. That was caused by Gillian Barr syndrome when i got paralyised in the seventies, bad military vaccines! I'm sixty now and a mess. Was very active till I hit 50. Chopped wood and hauled water daily wink. I live on 8.5 acres that was a hand built right out of the woods organic farm stead till they started a all out attack on rural america and the organic movement that went back to the land. My place was pristine in everyway but now is like everything else polluted everywhere. Not by me mind you by the crude that runs this planet. I keep hearing Arlo Guthrie in my head in relation to them. Kill, Kill I wanna see blood and guts in my teeth. Good ole Alices restuarant. That said whatcha got that might help. Guest guest
Hi Again, I have it on good authority that chemtrails are nothing to worry about so where did all this paranoia about them come from? Forget them. Liz Re: Walt Hi Foggs: Well they have mre on three different puffers. But I do not like using them. Air Quality now thats a big question? Thanks for filling me in, Walt. Although costly, I have found an ionizing air cleaner to be an excellent tool for clearing the air of irritants and pollutants, giving my lungs a much needed break. What this machine does for household odors is amazing, also! Perhaps you could look into it? Foggs

The problem is we are under population control by means of Aireal Spraying. I know that's going to not settle well here but I'm a research investigator of cause and effect. Being a victum, two and two still add up to four. My girl friend is going nuts on remodeling in our BIG house. Now it's the kitchen, new cabinettes etc. After I will buy one of those ionic filtering devices. I totally agree. I'm also designing green houses to grow food out from under the spraying going on. I've looked at ways to treat the sprayed soil in too to do it clean as possible, water filtration, and clean organic nutrients. Being sick myself I first have to survive everything they are doing in making us all sick. Then build my place to stop thier infiltration of desease. A guy can only take it one step at a time. It looks like the future will be built on survivial technigues never before needed. I'm betting my future on that statement. Guest guest
Walt, There is a book called " Your Body's Many Cries for Water " by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D. The author makes a strong case that many people with chronic degenerative diseases (e.g., asthma, allergies, hypertension, lower back pain, colitis, heartburn and many others) are actually suffering from chronic dehydration.) Based on your medical history I've read here, I think this book might be a " must read " for you. Or, you might try to drink 1/2 of your body weight in ounces for a couple of weeks and see what happens. You have nothing to lose and potentially a lot to gain. walt <kortron@...> wrote: Re: Walt Hi Foggs: Well they have mre on three different puffers. But I do not like using them. Guest guest
One of the first things I did after my dgx was start to drink water. I formed the habit of drinking 1 liter of water every morning before eating, and another throughout the day. You need to be fully hydrated in order to flush out toxins, and it doesn't matter how many pills or how much remedies you take if your body doesn't have the water to transport them to where they need to be. I highly recommend drinking enough water ( half your body weight in ounces is an excellent guide line (eg 100 lb person drinks 50 ounces of water) Virginia > Re: Walt > > Hi Foggs: Well they have mre on three different puffers. Guest guest
Hi Walt, I was EXPECTING that result as well, but the truth is, it doesn't come right out. It goes to my cells, I guess. I'm also NOT drinking coffee in the morning, fwiw. V > > Re: Walt > > > > Hi Foggs: Well they have mre on three different puffers. But I do > not like using them.
