All foods have 'some' inulin. The high-inulin containing foods must be eaten as staple foods in order to get enough inulin. It's much easier to supplement. I'm sorry you're a vegetarian. The deficiencies make it exceedingly difficult to help you become well. I treat veganism like a disease of the mind and I encourage people to go lacto-ovo. The most impotant healing antioxidant and detoxifier your body makes, glutathione, is best derived from precursors cold-processed whey. Where does that leave vegans?
