Guest guest
... ABSOLUTELY your dentist visit has caused you to get a sore throat. I work for a Holistic Dr. and we see this kind of thing all the time. Its best to rinse with lugals and peroxide after a dental visit and bump up the natural bacteria remedies like oil of oregano. GOOD LUCK! chippedmonkey <lweebs@...> wrote: I need some help! Last Wednesday, I had the last of my amalgam fillings and one nickel crown replaced. This Tuesday I started to juice once a day and eat more raw fruits and veggies. I've been doing the cleanses as per Dr. . My problem is on Tuesday, the day I started the 80% raw food diet, by nightfall, my throat started to get scratchy. I've since tried to eliminate the molds in my diet as per Dr. , but it's still hanging on. Tonight(Thursday night), my sore throat is gone, but I still have a stuffy head and nose and thick throat. Could this be from the removal of the toxins in my mouth this late? My dentist used a rubber dam except for the nickel crown(don't know why he didn't use it for that). I've also been taking the recommended supplements to detox. I appreciate any help anyone can give me!
Guest guest
, I've noticed that I can control the symptoms that you describe by controlling the amount of raw foods in my diet. More raw foods, more detox, and I haven't had any amalgams removed for a couple of years. The raw foods just really accelerate detox I'd slow down on the raw foods (don't quit them completely) to control the symptoms, and when your system is less overloaded do a little more raw foods gradually. This in not just removal of toxins from your mouth, although that is included. It's removal of toxins including mercury from your whole body.
