Zapper Deluxe w/program keys?

Hi.

I'm new to this group. I was wondering if anyone is using the Zapper Deluxe

2004 with program keys. I have one and have 4 different keys, but am having

difficulty getting specific info on how to use them.

I chose four keys for my 4 worst health issues (chronic fatigue, hormone

imbalance, depression and allergies). What I'm looking for is how often to use

one key before moving on to the next.
