in may ways.

Hi ,

Glad you wanted to try this. I've not had the experience of retaining

water. I also drink an occasional small glass of Kombucha tea which is a

good way to get rid of any excess (and some that is not excess) water. From

what I've been able to gather, the water retention will go away as your body

gets used to having the proper amount and balence of water, salt, and

minerals which go with the salt (you do have unprocessed sea salt I presume,

because the storebought salt, NaCl isn't properly balenced with the needed

minerals). Let me know how it goes :)

You continue this as a way of life.

I'll tell you the parrotted line that your doctor will tell you. Oh, no!

Not salt ! You can get hypertension :(

Now, the fact is that you get saline solution IV for just about every malady

that lands you in the hospital. BIG double standard !!! You can't have

good sea salt to keep you well, but while the doctors and hospitals are on

the payroll, they give you salt to get you well ???? Huh?

Lay off on the salt water about 4-6 hours of going to bed and that will help

give you a good nights sleep. Your body knows how much you need to retain

and will regulte properly it after the initial adjustment.

Thanks, Vince. I'll do that.

I wouldn't even bother talking to a doctor about salt or cholesterol or

the myriad of other things they lie about to us. Your comment about the

saline solution gave me a major paradigm shift, I'd never thought about

that!!! I hope I'm conscious enough so I can tell them I want the GOOD

salt :-\
