Anyone else like this? Having lost the STMems from the bite time?

Well, since that was almost 20 years ago and you're trying to remember those

thing now I would think that would be considered long term memory loss... My

problem which it has been for yrs now is I can remember things from 15 yrs

ago but I may ask you the same question 3 times within 5 or 10 minutes either

forgetting your answer or forgetting I asked all together.. Thats short term

memory loss.

It's very common with Lyme disease and maybe other illnesses to not be able

to recall names, places, phone numbers, addresses etc...

Thank you, Jerry... I am getting the supplements and

let you know, how I feel... I know it takes time and

improvements may be quite subtle, but I also know that

what you recommended can only be good.

Hi Albert how many liver cleanses have you done? Do you continue to feel that

your memory is better. My theory is that if the liver does not work right the

particles that are rortting in the gut go to pollute the brain in time making it

disfunctional.

I have done 7 cleanses and feel better all the way around. I still had a lot

of stones come out the last time a cleaned ny liver, so I know there are still a

lot of those green stones clogging my liver.

Any imput is appreciated,

Hi

My wife and I have done 19 liver cleanse each. I

retired 7 years ago, at that time I could not remember

were my car was parked in a shopping center. 5 years

ago my wife got Brest cancer And we followed Dr. Cark

with everything. With supporting my wife I got my

memory back. It is not as good as it was 30 years ago

but it is prety good.

I have done six liver cleanses and when I saw only a

few little stones, I stopped... but maybe I should

continue doing them... yes, I can imagine that the

brain works better with a clean liver...

Thanks for all your messages...

How do you choke down the Epsom salts? I've done three of these, by the

book, but I absolutely dread them. It's the Epsom. The oil, the diarrhea, no

problem. I nearly throw up drinking those horrid epsom salts.

Somebody posted a few months ago, pack the epsom into empty pill capsules (about

13 of them) then swallow, follow with the plain water. The posts should be in

Dr list archives at groups along with alternative magnesium stuff.

citrate maybe? I forgot.

I put the epsom salts in the freezer to get it as cold as possible.

Hi Albert:

That is encouraging! I am going to continue to clean until there are no

stones coming out.

What about hair loss? My hair has been falling out foir 20 years and now it

is starting to show. I had testosterone test done and they say my hormones are

normal. both my mother and father have a lot of hair. So I keep hoping that

the dirty liver, since it metabolizes hormones maybe de are defective or off

balance or I don't know what to think.

Any imput is appreciated!

Thanks,

My wife makes the Epsom salts in the morning and puts

it in the refrigerator. My wife pinches her nose and

dirks it and I rinse my mouth with water. Albert

Hi :

Just drink the darn stuff. and take a couple of sips of clean water

afterwards to rinse the nasty taste in your mouth. I gag everytime too! But

remember " No pain - No Gain "

One really important thing that I learned was that I should have been taking

probiotics while doing liver cleanses because somehow it messed up my intestinal

flora and I started having candida issues.

You might want to look into that!

Good Luck,
