Guest guest
Joe, Have you tried Ginkgo Biloba extract up to 320 mg in divided doses. Careful if taking blood thinners. Take her off aspirin and salicilic products. regards Vertigo and dizziness Does any one recommend a treatment for Vertigo and dizziness for an elderly lady? Guest guest
Hi Joe, My heart goes out to this woman, because I used to be incapacited by peripheral vertigo attacks. Through a naturopath, I found Recarcin, which was my lifesaver. It was developed by Professor Guenther Enderlein, a brilliant German bacteriologist, whose work I hold in the same esteem as Dr. 's. Application involved putting the Recarin drops on a Q-tip, which I then placed as far as comfortable into each ear. Without fail, the vertigo attack stopped within a minute. At that time, I had to order the product from Germany, but it may be available here now. See: http://www.medford.co.za/products/sanum/recarcin.html I have also taken essential oils internally to increase the flow of bile from my liver to reduce dizziness associated with flu symptoms. The essential oil of ledum works best for me. Since there are many causes of vertigo, you may want to note any other symptoms that this woman is experiencing. For instance, dizziness can be associated with a toxc load to the liver. By treating that, you may find the dizziness will subside. -Lori > > Does any one recommend a treatment for Vertigo and dizziness for an > elderly lady? >
Guest guest
I cured mine with a combination of colloidal silver, DMSO, and inhaling it into my sinus cavity, assuming it was an infection problem. Worked for me. Took a day or so to notice the difference, all cleared up in about a week. Just inhaled it up a nostril twice a day. Not too unpleasant. Guest guest
I get vertigo when I have a real bad sinus problem....have them checked....and clear them and see if the vertigo goes away....mine did instantaneously with 1 teldrin spansule (no prescription was needed) many years ago....now when it starts coming on, I know what the problem is and try to clear the sinus naturally before it gets real bad...... >From: " regehr2001 " <leoelfie@...> >Reply-Dr >Dr >Subject: Re: Vertigo and dizziness >Date: Mon, 01 May 2006 21:14:10 -0000 > >I cured mine with a combination of colloidal silver, DMSO, and >inhaling it into my sinus cavity, assuming it was an infection >problem. Guest guest
I had vertigo once, when I got an especially nasty ear infection. naive, I went to the doctor and got the wrong antibiotic that just made me sicker. (erythromycin) then I had to go back and got C-span which they hate because it " cost so much " . But it cleared it up without the typical nasty yeast problems cropping up. It seemed to me like the erythromycin was giving me the vertigo though, since it started a few days after taking the pills. --------------------------------- goes everywhere you do. Guest guest
By the way, the AMA had diagnossed my vertigo as Labrythitis lol (an inner ear problem) and it was only clogged up sinus! lol.... >From: " Dean " <dean@...> >Reply-Dr ><Dr > >Subject: Re: Re: Vertigo and dizziness >Date: Tue, 2 May 2006 08:32:49 +0200 > > >I cured mine with a combination of colloidal silver, DMSO, and > >inhaling it into my sinus cavity, assuming it was an infection > >problem. Guest guest
Leo, have you tried CS in the sinus without using DMSO? I know DMSO is a carrier agent but thought it had alcohol or phenol like properties (burning/drying). Sinus is thin mucous membrane easily penetrated. DMSO is great for transdermal on your skin (hyde so to speak) --------------------------------- Messenger with Voice. Make PC-to-Phone Calls to the US (and 30+ countries) for 2¢/min or less. Guest guest
8 parts Colloidal Silver (CS) + 2 parts DMSO + all the MSM that will dissolve into the mixture. It is also effective to break up phlem in the lungs if it is breathed from a nebulizer (not vaporizor). Rather than getting into lengthy discusssions of CS on this list, just go to silver-list@.... That is the best general discussion of all things colloidal silver. Guest guest
Yes, but it didn't open up sunuses much at all. Leo --------------- > > Leo, have you tried CS in the sinus without using DMSO? Guest guest
A friend in AZ was using CS in his sinuses trying to clear up a chronic infection, and discovered it was candida not bacteria. so has had to alter his course. I thought CS would also kill yeast/fungus but apparently not. --------------------------------- goes everywhere you do. Get it on your phone. Guest guest
Is that in the same category as oscillationitis and spiralitis? Guest guest
Sorry to hear about that. I've not been on lexapro long either and I haven't had your symptoms. I guess if this were happening to me I would call my doctor. Are you taking lexapro for anxiety? I've been taking it for agoraphobia but for quite a while before lexapro I used Xanax and it seemed to help. One reason I decided not to continue with that is I ride a motorcycle for example and it kind of interferes with that. If you can work around those kinds of things Xanax might help. I know it can be overused though. Mark niteyorkie75 <niteyorkie75@...> wrote: Today is day 8 of 5 mg Lexapro. It has helped my anxiety a good bit and I am sleeping much better. I hate this, because I have tried all the SSRIs and the only one that didn't cause this was Paxil. You're not suppose to take it if you are trying to get pregnant. I can't decide what to do. Thanks for all your support. Niteyorkie
